The principal mechanism involves the secondary steam, produced by the evaporator, being compressed using our highly efficient steam compressor. This process cleverly transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, resulting in an increase of both pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. Consequently, this heated steam returns to the evaporator, effectively heating the materials and inducing evaporation. Thus, it remarkably recycles the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, showcasing a brilliant synergy of sustainability and efficiency.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 To ensure seamless installation, place the compressor base integrally onto your carefully prepared foundation. Position wedge-shaped shims underneath the base to expertly adjust the unit's level.
Arrange two wedge-shaped irons alternately for optimal stability. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, secure the wedges with spot welds at 4-5 strategic points.
The fabrication and installation of the wedges should be expertly tailored by the user to meet the specific conditions, ensuring a finished contact surface for flawless engagement of inclined planes.

3.3.2 Achieve precision leveling by using a high-quality level. The unit's axial level should be a remarkable 0.05/1000mm, while maintaining a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm for optimal performance.

3.3.3 Ensure your coupling is perfectly centered. Prior to initiating alignment, adhere to these essential precautions:
1) Secure safety by turning off the main power supply;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield for unobstructed access;
3) Extract the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section for clear alignment;
4) Inspect the motor installation plane rigorously to ensure it's free from unwanted materials, dirt, and attachments;
5) Design motor bolt holes larger than bolt sizes to allow easy loosening for motor adjustments;
6) Prepare an ample supply of pristine stainless steel gaskets to effectively cover the motor's foot, ensuring they are flat and devoid of attachments. Avoid using elongated, thin gaskets for adjustments;
7) Utilize a precision dial indicator or laser alignment meter with a 0.01mm accuracy for meticulous alignment (provided by the customer);
8) Securely prepare the support bracket for the dial indicator as illustrated in the accompanying figure;

9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to affix a dial indicator around the wheel hub's edge, positioning the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Carefully adjust the motor feet's bolts to align the compressor and motor center lines, with a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm. Ensure the motor shaft center line remains slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, maintaining a coupling end face alignment of 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Thoroughly tighten the motor foot bolts, and meticulously review both the outer circle and end face runouts of the coupling;
12) Following a successful motor idling test, expertly reinstall the coupling intermediate section.
3.3.4 Post-alignment, ensure the casing's 'levelness' and alignment are secure by tightening the anchor bolts. Post-mechanical operation, loosen and then re-tighten the bolts for ultimate integrity.
3.3.5 The impeller is a high-speed marvel, and any foreign solid or liquid intrusion can result in irreversible damage to your compressor. Vigilantly ensure that inlet and outlet pipelines meet steam corrosion standards and are impeccably clean. Rectify any substandard pipelines, and consider integrating solid-liquid separation equipment such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee before the compressor inlet for added protection.
3.3.6 Masterfully install compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure adherence to PI diagrams for pipeline accessories installation. Support pipelines with separate brackets to prevent any undue weight on the compressor itself.
3.3.7 With the main fan and auxiliary equipment securely installed and the concrete fully set, proceed confidently with the compressor operation test.
