This advanced process operates on a fundamental principle: the secondary steam produced by the evaporator undergoes compression via a highly efficient steam compressor, transforming electrical energy into thermal energy. As a result, there is an increase in both pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. This elevated temperature steam is then redirected back to the evaporator, effectively heating the materials and inducing evaporation. This innovative technique allows for the recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, thus optimizing energy usage and enhancing resource efficiency.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Strategically position the compressor base directly onto the foundation. Utilize a wedge-shaped shim placed beneath the base to meticulously adjust the unit's level.
Skillfully alternate two wedge-shaped irons. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, secure the wedges with spot welds at 4 to 5 strategic points. The wedges should be
crafted and installed by the user to precisely fit the actual scenario, ensuring the contact surfaces are expertly finished for even contact of the inclined
plane. The bearing capacity of the wedge iron should not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a level to achieve precision leveling. The unit's axial level should be a precise 0.05/1000mm, with the horizontal
level equally exact at 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Centering the coupling is paramount. Before commencing alignment, ensure the following prerequisites are met:
1) Securely turn off the main power supply;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section with precision;
4) Thoroughly inspect the motor installation plane's flatness to guarantee it is free from debris, dirt, and any attachments;
5) Ensure the motor bolt hole is slightly larger than the bolt size, facilitating easy loosening and motor adjustment;
6) Ready a sufficient supply of stainless steel gaskets to cover the motor foot thoroughly. The gaskets must be pristine, flat, and free from attachments. Long and thin gaskets are not suitable for insertion between the motor and base for precise adjustment;
7) Utilize either a dial indicator or a precision laser alignment meter with a 0.01mm accuracy (to be provided by the customer);
8) Prepare and position the bracket to support the dial indicator as illustrated in the accompanying diagram;

9) The motor wheel hub mounting bracket is designed for affixing a dial indicator on the wheel hub edge, allowing the probe to expertly gauge the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Through delicate adjustments using the adjustment bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center line, ensuring the maximum outer circle deviation is a precise 0.05mm (the motor shaft center line should slightly surpass the compressor low-speed shaft center line), with coupling end face deviation between 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Conclusively, tighten the motor foot bolts securely, reassess the outer circle runout, and the coupling's end face runout with precision;
12) Following a successful motor idling test, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section with care.
3.3.4 Upon achieving optimal 'levelness' and alignment of the casing, securely tighten the anchor bolts. After mechanical operations (or trial run), loosen and retighten them to ensure robustness.
3.3.5 The impeller is a component of high-speed rotation; therefore, it is critical to prevent the ingress of any solids or liquids, as they can inflict irreversible harm to the compressor. The inlet and outlet pipelines must be pristine and adhere to the system's steam corrosion standards. Any non-compliant pipelines must be rectified promptly. It is
recommended to integrate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, prior to the straight pipe at the compressor inlet for enhanced system protection.
3.3.6 Meticulously install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure the import and export pipelines are equipped with appropriate accessories as delineated in the PI diagram. The pipelines affixed to the compressor should be supported by an independent bracket, ensuring their weight is not burdened upon the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its supportive equipment have been flawlessly installed and the concrete bed has achieved complete solidity, it is time to proceed with the exhilarating operation test of the compressor. This marks a pivotal moment in ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
3.3.8 The electric control cabinet for the compressor must be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius from the compressor itself. This proximity ensures optimal functionality and ease of access. The wiring connecting the compressor to this control masterpiece should be meticulously threaded through pipes that are seamlessly embedded underground. Once the control cabinet stands confidently in place, proceed to intricately connect the wiring terminals within it to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring a flawless integration.
