Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Position the compressor base seamlessly on the foundation. Slide wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve a perfect level.
Arrange two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating pattern, ensuring the unit is level. Secure the wedges with spot welding at 4-5 points.
Craft and install wedges according to situational needs; ensure the contact surfaces are finely finished for even contact.
The bearing capacity should not exceed 40 Kg/cm², maintaining the structural integrity.

3.3.2 Achieve precision leveling using a level. The unit's axial level should be 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level must be 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Ensure impeccable alignment by centering the coupling. Prior to alignment, ensure these prerequisites:
1) Deactivate the primary power supply.
2) Detach the coupling shield to access the coupling components.
3) Remove the intermediate section of the diaphragm coupling for preparation.
4) Verify the motor installation plane is flat and devoid of debris, dirt, or any attachments.
5) Ensure the motor bolt hole is larger than the bolt itself to facilitate adjustments.
6) Stock up on stainless steel gaskets to fully accommodate the motor's foot; they must be clean and entirely flat.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with 0.01mm accuracy, provided by the customer.
8) Prepare a bracket to support the dial indicator, as exemplified below.

9) Attach the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position a dial indicator at the wheel hub edge.
10) Carefully adjust the motor feet bolts to align the center lines of the compressor and motor. The maximum outer circle deviation should be 0.05mm.

11) Securely fasten the motor foot bolts and reassess both the outer circle and coupling end face deviations.;
12) Attach the coupling intermediate section once the motor has passed the idling test.
3.3.4 Tighten the anchor bolts post-alignment. After trial or operational testing, retighten them for assured security.

3.3.5 With the impeller being a high-speed component, ensure a clean environment to prevent irreversible damage. Maintain steam corrosion standards; consider installing solid-liquid separation devices beforehand.
3.3.6 Install compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Supporting brackets should carry pipeline weight, not the compressor itself; follow PI diagram guidelines.
3.3.7 Post-installation and concrete curing, proceed with the compressor operation test for final verification.
