Position two wedges in alternating fashion. Once perfectly leveled, spot weld at 4-5 points for enduring steadiness. Custom-fabricate
the wedges as per actual conditions with a finely finished contact surface, ensuring even and secure contact.
The wedge must not exceed a remarkable support capacity of 40Kg/cm

3.3.2 Utilize a level to achieve the utmost precision. The axial level precision: an impressive 0.05/1000mm; horizontal precision:
a notable 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Ensure coupling is perfectly centered, adhering to the following preparatory steps:
1) Securely disconnect the main power supply;
2) Dismantle the protective coupling shield;
3) Extract the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Verify the motor installation surface for cleanliness and absence of debris;
5) Ensure motor bolt holes are adequately larger, allowing bolt loosening for motor adjustment;
6) Have ample stainless steel gaskets ready to support the motor foot, ensuring flatness and cleanliness—avoid long, slender gaskets for this purpose;
7) Employ a dial indicator or superior laser alignment meter with 0.01mm accuracy (to be supplied by the customer);
8) Have the appropriate bracket prepared for dial indicator support as illustrated below;

9) Mount the dial indicator on the motor wheel hub bracket, positioning its probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Skillfully align the motor and compressor centerlines via adjustment bolts, maintaining a maximum deviation of 0.05mm with the motor shaft center line slightly elevated. Ensure coupling end face deviation is maintained between 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Securely fasten the motor foot bolts and re-examine both outer circle and end face runouts for absolute precision.;
12) Conclude by reinstalling the coupling intermediate section post-motor idle test.
3.3.4 Upon achieving impeccable levelness and alignment, tighten anchor bolts. Post mechanical operation, loosen and retighten for optimal performance.

3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Align pipelines with the PI diagram and ensure they are supported independently of the compressor body to maintain structural integrity.
3.3.7 Upon the complete installation of the main fan along with its ancillary equipment and the full solidification of the concrete foundation, it is time to proceed with the compressor operation test.
