This process ingeniously transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, causing an increase in both pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. This elevated steam is then channelled back to the evaporator, where it heats materials, generating evaporation. This innovation ensures the recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, optimizing energy use and driving sustainability.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Gracefully place the compressor base onto its foundation, ensuring to position wedge-shaped shims beneath for optimal leveling and balance. These wedges are integral for a smooth unit operation.
Arrange the wedge-shaped irons alternately and, once the unit is level, secure them with spot welds at 4 to 5 strategic points. This ensures stability.
The fabrication and installation of the wedge must be tailored by the user to fit the specific situation. The contact surface must be finely finished to ensure even contact across the inclined plane.
Keep in mind that the bearing capacity of each wedge iron must not surpass 40 Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Utilize a precision level tool to achieve the desired leveling. The unit's axial level must be maintained at an exacting 0.05/1000mm, with the horizontal level precision set at 0.10/1000mm.
Precision leveling is critical to the overall performance and longevity of the compressor unit.

3.3.3 Precision alignment of coupling centers is essential. Before commencing this procedure, please ensure the following safety preparations:
1) Ensure the main power supply is completely turned off to avoid any accidental activation.
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield to access the necessary components.
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section to allow for thorough inspection and adjustments.
4) Verify the motor installation plane's flatness and cleanliness, ensuring it is devoid of debris or obstructions.
5) The motor bolt holes should exceed the bolt size, allowing for loosening and subsequent adjustments of the motor alignment.
6) Prepare a sufficient quantity of stainless steel gaskets to support the motor feet, ensuring they are free from debris and perfectly flat. Long and thin gaskets are unsuitable for adjustments.
7) Utilize a high-precision dial indicator or laser alignment tool, boasting an accuracy of 0.01mm, which should be procured by the customer.
8) Ready the bracket needed for dial indicator support, as demonstrated in the accompanying diagram.

9) The motor hub mounting bracket facilitates the placement of a dial indicator on the hub's edge, ensuring precise alignment measurements.
10) By fine-tuning the adjuster bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines impeccably. Keep the deviation of the outer circle to a maximum of 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly elevated.

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts and inspect the coupling's outer circle and end face runouts meticulously.;
12) Following the motor's idling test, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section to complete the setup.
3.3.4 After achieving perfect 'levelness' and alignment of the casing, ensure to firmly tighten the anchor bolts. After a mechanical or trial run, recheck and retighten as needed for peak performance.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed marvel, must remain free from any solid or liquid interference to avoid irreversible damage. Guarantee that the pipelines linked to the compressor are pristine and compliant with system steam corrosion standards. Any non-compliant pipelines must be promptly upgraded.
Consider installing solid-liquid separation devices, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the straight pipe section at the compressor inlet to safeguard the impeller.
3.3.6 For the compressor's life and efficiency, install its inlet and outlet pipelines with all necessary accessories as per the provided PI diagram. Ensure that the pipeline weight is supported independently and does not burden the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its supporting equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete has reached full solidity, you can proceed with the exciting phase of conducting the compressor operation test. This step ensures peak performance and reliability, setting the stage for exceptional functionality.
3.3.8 For optimal efficiency and seamless integration, the electric control cabinet must be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. The connection from the compressor to the electric control cabinet should be executed with precision using threading pipe routed underground. Once the electric control cabinet is correctly installed, meticulously connect the wiring terminals in the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring a flawless communication pathway.
