3.3.1 To begin, precisely position the compressor base on the foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve perfect horizontal leveling of the unit.
Strategically place alternating wedge-shaped irons beneath the unit. Once leveling is achieved, secure the irons with spot welds at 4 to 5 key points, ensuring stability.
Manufacture and install the wedge irons tailored to your unique setup, ensuring the contact surface is impeccably finished for even distribution.
The bearing capacity of each wedge iron must adhere to a limit of 40Kg/cm² for optimal performance.2).
3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to establish the unit's alignment. Adhere to stringent leveling criteria: ensuring an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm for superior precision.

3.3.3 Achieve precise coupling alignment by following these meticulously crafted steps:
1) First, ensure safety by completely disconnecting the main power supply.
2) Carefully remove the protective coupling shield to access the components.
3) Detach the intermediate section of the diaphragm coupling with precision.
4) Diligently inspect the motor installation plane to be free of any foreign particles, dirt, or unwanted materials.
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes exceed the bolt size, facilitating easy adjustments during alignment.
6) Prepare ample stainless steel gaskets, ensuring they are impeccably clean and flat for effective motor footing support. Avoid using unsuitable gaskets.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a state-of-the-art laser alignment meter, boasting an accuracy of 0.01mm, to achieve precise alignment.
8) Assemble a stable bracket as illustrated below, dedicated to supporting the dial indicator for optimal measurement accuracy.
9) Attach a dial indicator to the motor wheel hub mounting bracket, positioning the probe at the edge of the compressor wheel hub for accurate data.
10) Finely adjust the motor's foot bolts to synchronize the motor and compressor center lines. Target a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm, ensuring the motor shaft center line is slightly elevated from the compressor's low-speed shaft center line. Maintain a coupling end face deviation between 0.03~0.05mm.
11) Secure the motor foot bolts firmly, and re-evaluate the coupling's outer circle and end face runouts to confirm alignment perfection.;
12) Reinstall the intermediate coupling section following a successful motor idling test, ensuring seamless integration.
3.3.4 After impeccably adjusting both the 'levelness' and alignment of the casing, secure the anchor bolts. Post mechanical operation or trial run, re-loosen and re-tighten the bolts to sustain optimal securement.
3.3.5 The impeller, a pivotal high-speed component, demands protection from any foreign solid or liquid ingress to avoid irreversible compressor damage. Ensure that all connected pipelines meet the stringent steam corrosion resistance standards. Rectify any non-compliant pipelines immediately.Incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, prior to the direct compressor inlet pipe for enhanced protection.
3.3.6 Install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipelines with precision. All import and export pipelines should include relevant accessories as per the PI diagram. Ensure that the pipelines are supported by an independent structure and not by the compressor body itself to maintain integrity.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and all related equipment have been successfully installed and the concrete foundation has reached complete solidity, the next step is to proceed with the compressor operation test. This crucial phase ensures that all components are functioning harmoniously and efficiently, paving the way for optimal performance.
3.3.8 It is essential for the electric control cabinet of the compressor to be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. For seamless connectivity, the wiring from the compressor to this cabinet should be routed through a conduit and laid underground to ensure durability and safety. Once the electric control cabinet is properly positioned, it is vital to connect its wiring terminals with the remote Distributed Control System (DCS) lines, ensuring a cohesive and reliable operational network.
