3.3.1 The compressor base should be elegantly placed on the sturdy foundation. Utilize custom wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve impeccable leveling.
Strategically alternate two wedge-shaped irons, achieving perfect unit leveling before spot welding the wedges at 4 to 5 key points. Ensure this process is executed with precision by the user, tailored to the specific setup.
Manufacture and install the wedges to match your unique conditions; the contact surface must be finished for seamless contact on inclined planes.
The wedge iron must boast a bearing capacity of no more than 40 Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a reliable level to ensure the unit's impeccable leveling with the following exacting standards: axial level at 0.05/1000mm and horizontal level at 0.10/1000mm, delivering optimal performance.
These standards guarantee the utmost precision and reliability.

3.3.3 Achieve flawless coupling center alignment with these preparatory steps:
1) Safely disconnect the primary power source;
2) Remove the protective coupling shield for direct access;
3) Disassemble the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section to facilitate adjustments;
4) Scrutinize the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it is pristine and devoid of debris or contaminants;
5) Ensure motor bolt holes exceed bolt sizes, permitting easy loosening and precise motor adjustments;
6) Arm yourself with an ample supply of pristine stainless steel gaskets to perfectly support the motor's foot, avoiding the use of elongated, thin gaskets for adjustments;
7) Utilize a top-notch dial indicator or laser alignment meter, boasting an accuracy of 0.01mm, procured by the customer for precision alignment;
8) Equip yourself with a robust bracket to seamlessly support the dial indicator, as illustrated in the accompanying diagram;

9) The motor wheel hub mounting bracket is essential for positioning a dial indicator on the wheel hub edge, enabling precise measurement on the compressor wheel hub's outer rim;
10) By skillfully adjusting bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines with precision, minimizing deviation to 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly elevated, ensuring a coupling end face deviation of 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Upon completion, securely tighten the motor foot bolts and meticulously verify the coupling's outer circle and end face runout for consistency.;
12) Confidently reinstall the coupling's intermediate section following a successful motor idle test, ensuring everything is in perfect order.
3.3.4 Once the 'levelness' and alignment of the casing have been precisely adjusted, secure the anchor bolts. Following mechanical operations or trial runs, relax the bolts and retighten to ensure steadfast security.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed marvel, is vulnerable to irreversible damage from any solid or liquid intrusion. Thus, it's paramount to maintain pristine cleanliness in the inlet and outlet pipelines, aligning with the system's steam corrosion standards. Rectify any pipelines that fall short, ideally incorporating solid-liquid separation solutions like gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees before the compressor's inlet straight pipe.
3.3.6 Securely install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes, aligning them with the PI diagram's guidance. Ensure the connected pipeline is supported by an external bracket, not relying on the compressor body to bear its weight.
3.3.7 Conduct the compressor operation test only after successful installation of the main fan and its auxiliary equipment, ensuring the concrete has fully solidified, laying the groundwork for optimal operational performance.
