This is achieved by ingeniously reutilizing the secondary steam energy that it itself generates. The fundamental principle of this technology is that the secondary steam produced by the evaporator is skillfully compressed using a highly efficient steam compressor. This process seamlessly transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, resulting in an increase in both pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. This elevated temperature allows the secondary steam to return to the evaporator, where it heats the materials and triggers further evaporation, thus masterfully recycling the latent heat of vaporization intrinsic to the secondary steam.
The DM series Single-stage Geared Steam Compressor is a sophisticated and innovative system, primarily comprising of the compressor body, coupling, gearbox, lubrication system, motor, electric instrument, and an advanced anti-surge control system. 3.3.1 To begin the installation, gently place the compressor base directly onto the foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims strategically positioned under the base to meticulously adjust and ensure the unit's precise level.
Arrange two wedge-shaped irons in an alternate sequence. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, secure the setup by spot welding the wedge-shaped irons at several key points, ensuring 4 to 5 stable spots.
The manufacturing and installation of these wedges should be tailored by the user to suit the specific conditions present. The contact surface demands a refined finish for uniform contact.

3.3.2 With scientific precision, use a level to establish the unit's perfect balance. The unit demands exacting standards: an axial level precision of 0.05/1000mm, and a horizontal level precision of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 For meticulous coupling alignment, ensure the following preparatory steps:
1) Ensure safety first by switching off the main power supply.
2) Carefully remove the protective coupling shield.
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section.
4) Thoroughly inspect the motor installation plane for any debris or unwanted materials, ensuring a pristine setting.
5) Make sure the motor's bolt holes are adequately larger than the bolts to permit easy adjustments.
6) Provision sufficient stainless steel gaskets to secure the motor's footing. These gaskets must be smooth, free from contaminants, and robust—not elongated or thin, to avoid improper adjustments.
7) Employ a precision dial indicator or a state-of-the-art laser alignment meter achieving an accuracy of 0.01mm for exact measurements.
8) Secure a reliable bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated in the accompanying diagram.

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket for affixing the dial indicator at the hub's edge, placing the dial indicator probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) Skillfully adjust the bolts surrounding the motor feet to align the compressor and motor centric lines. The permissible deviation is a precise 0.05mm for the outer circle, with the motor's shaft center line slightly elevated compared to the compressor's low-speed shaft center line. The coupling end face should remain within a 0.03~0.05mm range.

11) Conclusively, securely fasten the motor foot bolts and verify both the outer circle runout and the end face runout of the coupling.;
12) Complete the installation by securing the coupling's intermediate section after the motor successfully passes the idling test.
3.3.4 Fine-tune the 'levelness' and alignment of the casing before fully tightening the anchor bolts. Post initial mechanical operation or trial run, it is essential to loosen and retighten the bolts to fortify the assembly.
3.3.5 The impeller, a component of high-speed precision, is susceptible to irreversible damage from foreign solid or liquid intrusions. Thus, it is paramount to maintain clean inlet and outlet pipelines, adhering strictly to the steam corrosion standards of the system. Any non-compliant pipelines must be addressed.
It is recommended to incorporate a solid-liquid separation mechanism, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, prior to the straight pipe leading into the compressor.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of inlet and outlet pipes for the compressor. The installation must align with the PI diagram and include all necessary pipeline accessories. The supporting bracket must exclusively bear the weight of the connected pipelines, ensuring the compressor’s structural integrity remains uncompromised.
3.3.7 Once the primary fan along with its supporting equipment is securely installed and the concrete base has achieved full solidification, it's time to proceed with the compressor's operational testing. This crucial phase ensures everything is functioning optimally, setting the stage for seamless operation.
3.3.8 To ensure peak performance and safety, the electric control cabinet for the compressor must be strategically placed within 5 meters of the compressor itself. The wiring that links the compressor to the control cabinet should be carefully enclosed in threading pipes and run underground, preserving the site's aesthetics and safety. Once the electric control cabinet is correctly positioned, make sure to connect the wiring terminals in the cabinet with the lines extending to the remote DCS, facilitating efficient and reliable communication.
