The core mechanism involves the evaporator producing secondary steam, which is subsequently compressed using a high-efficiency steam compressor. This compression transforms electrical energy into valuable thermal energy, elevating both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. Once enhanced, this steam returns to the evaporator, heating materials to induce evaporation. This process ingeniously recycles the latent heat of vaporization, championing sustainability and efficiency in energy use.
The DM series Single-stage geard steam compressor is a marvel of engineering that comprises the compressor body, coupling, gearbox, lubrication system, motor, electric instrument, and an advanced anti-surge control system. It boasts a compact design that not only ensures efficient operation but also simplifies maintenance, providing a seamless experience for users. 3.3.1 With precision and care, the compressor base is meticulously positioned on its foundation. Employ wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve perfect leveling.
Skillfully alternate two wedge-shaped irons, ensuring the unit is leveled accurately. Secure the wedges with spot welds at 4-5 strategic points.
Crafted with precision by the user, the wedge must be tailored to the actual conditions, ensuring an even contact surface.
The wedge iron's bearing strength is crucial, designed for a maximum capacity of 40Kg/cm2.)
3.3.2 Employ a level measuring tool to achieve perfect balance. The unit's leveling standards: axial level is 0.05/1000mm, horizontal level is 0.10/1000mm.
3.3.3 Achieve precise alignment of the coupling. Prior to alignment, confirm the following steps:
1) Ensure the main power supply is turned off;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Assess the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it's devoid of foreign materials, dirt, and attachments;
5) The motor bolt holes must exceed the bolt size to allow bolt loosening for motor adjustments;
6) Equip yourself with sufficient flat, stainless steel gaskets for motor foot coverage. Avoid using long, thin gaskets between the motor and base;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with at least 0.01mm accuracy (self-provided by the customer);
8) Prepare a bracket to support the dial indicator as illustrated in the accompanying diagram;
9) Use the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position a dial indicator on the hub's edge, extending the probe to the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Adjust the motor feet's bolts to align the compressor and motor centerlines. The maximum outer circle deviation is 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft.
11) Firmly tighten the motor foot bolts and reassess the coupling's outer and end face runout.;
12) Post motor idling test, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Once 'levelness' and alignment are perfected, secure the anchor bolts. Following mechanical or trial operations, retighten for safety.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed marvel, must remain free of solids or liquids to prevent catastrophic damage. Ensure inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine and compliant with the required steam corrosion standards. Non-compliant pipelines demand immediate corrective measures.It's advisable to integrate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor's inlet straight pipe.
3.3.6 Install compressor inlet and outlet pipes with precision. Follow the PI diagram for pipeline accessories. Ensure that the pipeline's weight is supported by an independent bracket, not the compressor itself.
3.3.7 Upon the complete installation of the main fan and its supporting equipment, paired with the full solidification of the concrete, the stage is set to initiate the compressor operation test. This critical phase ensures that every element is finely tuned for optimal performance.
3.3.8 For supreme efficiency, the electric control cabinet of the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. The connection between the compressor and the electric control cabinet must be meticulously threaded through underground piping. Once the electric control cabinet is firmly established, seamlessly connect the wiring terminals within to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring a streamlined and effective integration.
