Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by positioning the compressor base securely on the foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to meticulously adjust the unit to an impeccable level.
Strategically place two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating pattern. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, expertly spot weld the wedges at 4 to 5 key points to ensure stability and precision.
Craft the wedges with care, tailoring them to the specific circumstances of the installation site. Ensure that all contact surfaces are meticulously finished for complete, even contact.
The inclined plane contact must be flawless, with the wedge iron's bearing capacity not exceeding an impressive 40 Kg/cm².

3.3.2 Employ a level to achieve impeccable alignment. The unit's leveling standards are set with precision: an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Meticulously center the coupling. Prior to initiating alignment, ensure the following essential steps are completed:
1) Securely turn off the main power supply to ensure safety.
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield to access the components.
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section with precision.
4) Scrutinize the motor installation plane for flatness, ensuring it is devoid of any debris, dirt, or foreign attachments.
5) Confirm the motor bolt holes are appropriately larger than the bolt size, allowing for bolt loosening to facilitate precise motor adjustments.
6) Have an ample supply of high-quality stainless steel gaskets ready. These should be impeccably clean, flat, and free of any attachments. Avoid using long, thin gaskets to make adjustments between the motor and base.
7) Utilize a highly accurate dial indicator or a laser alignment meter, with a precision of 0.01mm, to ensure perfect alignment. These tools should be procured by the customer.
8) Prepare the necessary bracket to support the dial indicator, as depicted in the accompanying illustration.

9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to securely position a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, placing the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge for precision reading.
10) With meticulous adjustments using the bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines precisely, with a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm. The motor shaft center line should be slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, with an end face deviation of 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Once alignment is perfected, securely tighten the motor foot bolts. Verify and review the outer circle runout and the end face runout of the coupling for precision.;
12) After a successful motor idling test, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section with utmost precision.
3.3.4 Post alignment and leveling adjustments, tighten the anchor bolts with diligence. After the compressor's mechanical or trial operation, loosen and retighten the bolts for optimal performance.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed marvel, must be shielded from solid or liquid intrusion to prevent irreversible damage. Thus, it is crucial to maintain clean inlet and outlet pipelines, adhering to the steam corrosion grade requirements of the system. Pipelines failing to meet these standards must be promptly rectified.
For enhanced protection, it is advisable to install solid-liquid separation apparatus, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, preceding the straight pipe at the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes meticulously. Ensure that relevant pipeline accessories are installed in accordance with the PI diagram. The pipeline linked to the compressor must be supported independently, ensuring no part of its weight bears upon the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the installation of the main fan and its accompanying equipment is complete and the concrete base has fully cured, the compressor is ready for a thorough operation test.
