3.3.1 Begin by positioning the compressor base securely on the foundation. Insert wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to ensure precision leveling of the unit.
Alternate the placement of two wedge-shaped irons, ensuring a meticulous leveling process. Secure the irons with spot welding at 4 to 5 key points, ensuring stability.
The wedges should be crafted and installed by the user, tailored to the specific conditions of the site. Ensure that the contact surfaces are expertly finished for even contact on the inclined plane.

3.3.2 Utilize a level to achieve perfect precision. The axial leveling of the unit requires an accuracy of 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal leveling demands 0.10/1000mm, ensuring top-notch alignment.

3.3.3 Achieve precise coupling alignment. Prior to commencing the alignment process, please adhere to the following critical requirements:
1) Deactivate the main power supply to ensure safety;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield;
3) Detach the intermediate section of the diaphragm coupling;
4) Inspect the motor installation plane for flatness, ensuring it is free of foreign objects or debris;
5) Ensure that the motor bolt holes are larger than the bolts, allowing for easy loosening and precise motor adjustments;
6) Have an ample supply of flat, attachment-free stainless steel gaskets ready for motor foot coverage. Avoid using long, thin gaskets for adjustments;
7) Employ a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm (provided by the customer);
8) Securely prepare the bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated in the accompanying figure;
9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to mount a dial indicator at the wheel hub's edge, positioning the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Adjust the bolts around the motor feet, aligning the compressor and motor center lines, with a maximum deviation of 0.05mm. Ensure the motor shaft center line is slightly higher than the compressor low-speed shaft line, with coupling end face deviation at just 0.03~0.05mm;
11) Secure the motor foot bolts and re-evaluate the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling for optimal performance;
12) Conclude by installing the coupling intermediate section post motor idling test for a thorough inspection.
3.3.4 After perfecting the 'levelness' and alignment of the casing, tighten the anchor bolts firmly. Post mechanical or trial operation, revisit and re-tighten the bolts to ensure enduring stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating marvel, must remain spotless. Any intrusion of solids or liquids could inflict irreversible harm to the compressor. Therefore, it is crucial to maintain the cleanliness and compliance of the inlet and outlet pipelines with the system's steam corrosion grade standards. Rectify any pipelines that fall short of these requirements. It is highlyrecommended to integrate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the straight pipe leading to the compressor inlet for efficient safeguarding.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure that import and export pipelines are equipped with the appropriate accessories as dictated by the PI diagram. Remember, pipelines connected to the compressor must be supported by separate brackets, not by the compressor itself, to prevent undue stress on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Upon the successful installation of the main fan and its accompanying equipment, and after the concrete has achieved complete solidity, you are ready to embark on the compressor operation test. This crucial step marks the transition from installation to functional testing, ensuring that every component is poised for peak performance.
3.3.8 The positioning of the electric control cabinet is pivotal; it must be installed within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. For the utmost safety and efficiency, the electrical connections should be carefully housed within a threading pipe and situated underground. Once the electric control cabinet is set, it is essential to seamlessly integrate the wiring terminals within it with the remote DCS lines, ensuring a robust and reliable connection for optimal operational flow.
