This innovative process operates on a fundamental principle: the secondary steam produced by the evaporator is efficiently compressed using a high-energy efficiency steam compressor. This compression process converts electrical energy into thermal energy, resulting in increased pressure and temperature of the steam. The elevated temperature of the secondary steam is then cycled back to the evaporator to heat materials, stimulating further evaporation. This effectively recycles the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, creating a seamless and sustainable cycle of energy conservation.

3.3.1 The compressor base is integrally placed on the foundation. Initially, position wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to ensure the unit's precise leveling. These shims are crucial as they serve to fine-tune the alignment of the entire apparatus.
Position wedge-shaped irons alternately and, once the unit is leveled, securely spot weld the wedges at 4 to 5 points. This careful placement ensures stability and precision.
Users are responsible for manufacturing and installing the wedges in accordance with the specific onsite conditions. The contact surface must be finished to ensure even contact on inclined planes, maintaining optimal performance.
The bearing capacity of each wedge iron must not exceed 40Kg/cm.2).
3.3.2 Employ a level to achieve absolute precision. The leveling standards are stringent: an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.
Achieve perfect harmony and balance by adhering to these meticulous leveling requirements.
3.3.3 Centering the coupling is paramount. Before commencing the alignment process, ensure the following essential preparatory steps are completed:
1) Disconnect the main power supply to guarantee safety;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield to access the coupling area;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section as part of the alignment setup;
4) Verify the flatness of the motor's installation plane, ensuring it is free from debris, dirt, and any obstructions;
5) Ensure motor bolt holes are larger than the bolts themselves, enabling easy loosening and adjustment of the motor position;
6) Prepare an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets to underlay the motor footings. These gaskets must be attachment-free and completely flat. Avoid using long, thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Utilize a highly accurate dial indicator or a laser alignment meter, boasting a precision of 0.01mm. This tool should be procured by the customer for precise measurements;
8) Ready the bracket shown in the illustrative diagram below. It is designed to support the dial indicator effectively;
9) Use the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to mount a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge. Position the dial probe on the outer edge of the compressor wheel hub;
10) By adjusting the screws around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines meticulously, following the provided instructions. Ensure the maximum deviation of the outer circle is restricted to 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly elevated above the compressor's low-speed shaft center line. Maintain coupling end face measurements between 0.03~0.05mm;
11) Securely fasten the motor foot bolts, then meticulously check and confirm the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling;;
12) Conclude by installing the coupling intermediate section following the successful motor idling test, ensuring flawless operation.
3.3.4 Post-adjustment of the casing's 'levelness' and alignment, securely fasten the anchor bolts. After conducting a mechanical or trial operation, loosen and retighten the bolts to ensure the utmost stability.
3.3.5 The impeller is a high-speed rotating component. Ingress of solids or liquids into the impeller can cause irreversible damage to the compressor, mandating that all inlet and outlet pipelines be immaculate and compatible with the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. Rectification is essential for pipelines not meeting these standards. Adding solid-liquid separation equipment like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee before the compressor inlet is highly recommended.It is advised to proactively address this by incorporating solid-liquid separation solutions, such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, before the straight pipe at the compressor inlet to preserve the compressor's integrity.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure import and export pipelines are fitted with appropriate pipeline accessories as depicted in the PI diagram. Importantly, the pipeline connecting to the compressor must be supported independently by another bracket to prevent any load-bearing on the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan alongside its supplementary apparatus is set up and the concrete foundation is fully cured, you may proceed with the compressor operation test. This ensures that everything is aligned and ready for optimal functionality and efficiency of your Smart Steam Compressor.
3.3.8 The positioning of the electric control cabinet is crucial; it must be installed within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. For a seamless and hidden connection, use threading pipes to channel the wiring underground from the compressor to the cabinet. Upon positioning the electric control cabinet, ensure all wiring terminals are meticulously connected to the lines at the remote DCS, guaranteeing a flawless integration.
