This is achieved through the innovative reutilization of the secondary steam energy it self-generates. The fundamental principle driving this technology is the compression of secondary steam, produced by the evaporator, using a high-energy-efficiency steam compressor. This process ingeniously transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, leading to an increase in both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The enhanced temperature and pressure of the secondary steam are then redirected back to the evaporator, where they reheat materials, inciting further evaporation. This clever cycle effectively recycles the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, epitomizing a sustainable and efficient energy reuse strategy.
The DML series low temperature rise steam compressor is meticulously crafted, incorporating a sophisticated assembly of components. It primarily comprises a compressor body, which includes essential elements such as the volute, impeller, main shaft, bearing housing, and seal. Additionally, the system is equipped with a coupling, motor, and an advanced electric instrument panel. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Position the compressor base seamlessly onto the foundation. Ensure you place wedge-shaped shims beneath the base; these are essential for fine-tuning the unit's level.
Skillfully alternate two wedge-shaped irons for optimal stability. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, strategically spot weld the wedges at 4~5 crucial points.
Manufacture and install these wedges tailored to your specific requirements. The contact surface must be finished to perfection, ensuring even contact of the inclined plane.
Plane; note, the wedge's bearing capacity should not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Utilize a precision level for meticulous leveling. The unit's leveling criteria are stringent: maintain an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.
These parameters are vital for optimal performance.

3.3.3 Ensuring perfect coupling alignment is crucial. Before commencing alignment, verify these prerequisites:
1) Securely turn off the main power supply to ensure safety.
2) Remove the protective coupling shield for unobstructed access.
3) Carefully detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section.
4) Inspect the flatness of the motor installation plane, ensuring it is free from contaminants or debris.
5) Ensure the motor's bolt holes are generously sized to allow bolt loosening for motor adjustments.
6) Prepare an ample supply of pristine stainless steel gaskets to fully support the motor's footing. Avoid using long, flimsy gaskets for adjustments.
7) Employ a highly accurate dial indicator or laser alignment meter with 0.01mm precision, personally provided by the customer.
8) Prepare the precisely designed bracket for supporting the dial indicator as illustrated below.

9) The motor hub mounting bracket is essential for affixing a dial indicator on the hub's edge, with the probe poised on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) By expertly adjusting the motor's foot bolts, align the compressor and motor center lines. Aim for a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly elevated above the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, and a coupling end face range of 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, then meticulously verify the coupling's outer circle and end face runouts.;
12) Conclude by installing the coupling intermediate section post motor idling test.
3.3.4 Following the meticulous adjustment of 'levelness' and alignment for the casing, diligently tighten the anchor bolts. After a thorough mechanical operation or trial run, loosen and retighten the bolts to ensure steadfastness.
3.3.5 As the impeller is a high-speed component, any solid or liquid intrusion can inflict irreversible damage. It is paramount the compressor's inlet and outlet pipelines are impeccably clean and adhere to the system's steam corrosion grade. Non-conforming pipelines must be promptly rectified. For enhanced safety, consider integrating solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Follow the PI diagram meticulously for installing relevant pipeline accessories. The pipeline connected to the compressor must be independently supported by an auxiliary bracket, ensuring the compressor body bears no additional weight.
3.3.7 Once you have securely installed the main fan along with all its ancillary equipment, and the concrete has fully set to ensure utmost stability, you are ready for the exhilarating phase of conducting the compressor operation test. This crucial step will pave the way for seamless functionality and optimal performance.
3.3.8 Position the electric control cabinet within a convenient 5-meter radius of the compressor. Use robust threading pipes for an underground connection to ensure a sleek and tidy appearance. Once everything is in place, meticulously connect the wiring terminals in the electric control cabinet with the lines at the remote DCS for a flawless integration.
