3.3.1 To establish a firm foundation for your Advanced Compressor for Concentration of Sugar Liquid Solutions, place its base integrally on the foundation. Incorporate wedge-shaped shims beneath the base, which serve the essential function of finely adjusting the unit's level.
Position these wedge-shaped irons alternately, and once the unit is perfectly leveled, proceed to spot weld these wedges at 4 to 5 points, ensuring exceptional stability.
The wedges must be custom-made and installed by the user to cater to the specific circumstances, ensuring a flawless contact surface (uniform contact of the inclined plane).
Please note, the bearing capacity of each wedge iron should not exceed 40Kg/cm2.
3.3.2 For precise leveling, employ a level tool. The stringent standards for leveling the unit demand an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.
3.3.3 Center the coupling meticulously. Before embarking on alignment, ensure the following prerequisites are met:
1) The main power supply must be completely turned off to guarantee safety.
2) Detach the coupling shield to facilitate easy access.
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section for enhanced maneuverability.
4) Check the flatness of the motor installation plane; it should be devoid of any foreign matter, dirt, or attachments to ensure a smooth surface.
5) The motor bolt holes should be bigger than the bolts to allow for loosening and precise motor adjustments.
6) Ensure ample stainless steel gaskets are at hand. These should impeccably cover the motor feet, free from attachments, and sufficiently flat. Long, thin gaskets are unsuitable for adjustments between the motor and base.
7) Utilize a highly accurate dial indicator or laser alignment meter, with a precision of 0.01mm, which should be procured by the customer.
8) Assemble the necessary bracket to support the dial indicator as illustrated below.
9) Use the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to strategically position a dial indicator on the hub's edge, placing a probe on the outer edge of the compressor wheel hub.
10) Fine-tune the adjustment bolts near the motor feet so that the compressor and motor center lines align precisely. The deviation of the outer circle should not exceed 0.05mm, and the motor shaft center line should be slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, with coupling end face deviation maintained between 0.03~0.05mm.
11) Conclude by securely tightening the motor foot bolts and rechecking the coupling's outer circle runout and end face runout.
12) After verifying successful motor idling tests, reinstall the intermediate section of the coupling.
3.3.4 Once the casing's 'levelness' and alignment are perfected, secure the anchor bolts firmly. Post any mechanical operations or trials, it's imperative to loosen and retighten these bolts for optimal stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, as a high-speed rotational component, is sensitive to any solid or liquid intrusion, which could result in irreversible compressor damage. Ensure the inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine and adhere to the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. Any non-compliant pipelines must undergo rectification. It's highly recommended to integrate solid-liquid separation equipment like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee prior to the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Adhere to the PI diagram when equipping the import and export pipelines with the necessary pipeline accessories. Crucially, the pipeline connected to the compressor must find support from an independent bracket, not relying on the compressor body to bear its weight.
3.3.7 Once the installation of the main fan along with its ancillary equipment is complete, and the concrete has fully solidified, our Advanced Compressor for Concentration of Sugar Liquid Solutions is ready for the operational test. This crucial step ensures that every component is perfectly integrated, paving the way for optimal performance and reliability.
3.3.8 For seamless integration and efficient operation, the electric control cabinet of the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. Utilize threading pipes to connect the wiring underground, establishing a clean and safe connection. Once the electric control cabinet is securely in place, proceed to connect its wiring terminals with the lines at the remote Distributed Control System (DCS), ensuring a cohesive and streamlined system ready for robust operation.
