The elevated temperature then returns the secondary steam to the evaporator, effectively heating the materials and inducing further evaporation. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by positioning the compressor base seamlessly onto the foundation. Enhance stability using wedge-shaped shims under the base, vital for precision leveling of the unit.
Position two wedge irons alternately and ensure the unit is leveled. Secure the wedges with spot welds at 4 to 5 points, ensuring robust support.
Wedges must be tailored and installed by you, reflecting your unique conditions. The contact surface should be flawlessly finished for even engagement of the inclined plane.
Note that the bearing capacity of the wedge iron should not exceed 40Kg/cm². Adherence to this guideline ensures optimal performance.

3.3.2 Employ a level for precise adjustments. The axial level requirement is a meticulous 0.05/1000mm, with horizontal level demands of 0.10/1000mm, ensuring unparalleled accuracy.
Achieving these standards guarantees the unit's superior alignment and operation.

3.3.3 Ensure coupling center alignment. Prior to alignment, verify these crucial steps:
1) Securely disable the main power supply to ensure safety;
2) Dismantle the coupling shield to access internal components;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section carefully;
4) Inspect the motor installation plane's flatness, clearing all foreign substances, ensuring an immaculate surface;
5) Design motor bolt holes larger than the bolts to facilitate easy loosening for motor adjustments;
6) Stock sufficient flat stainless steel gaskets to support the motor, ensuring they are free of debris. Reject long or thin gaskets for precise adjustment.
7) Utilize a precision instrument such as a dial indicator or laser alignment meter (0.01mm accuracy) for alignment, provided by you.
8) Arrange a bracket to support the dial indicator as depicted in the accompanying figure;

9) Use a motor wheel hub mounting bracket for precise placement of the dial indicator, ensuring the probe aligns with the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) Adjust the motor foot bolts to align the compressor and motor center lines. Aim for a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center slightly elevated; coupling end face deviation should be 0.03 to 0.05mm.

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, then meticulously review the coupling's outer circle and end face runout for any discrepancies.;
12) Upon successful motor idle testing, reinstall the coupling intermediate section to complete the process.
3.3.4 Post alignment and levelness adjustments, firmly tighten anchor bolts. After mechanical operation, it's crucial to loosen and retighten these bolts, ensuring steadfastness.
3.3.5 The high-speed rotating impeller is sensitive; any solid or liquid intrusion poses a risk of irreversible damage. Ensure connected pipelines are pristine and adhere to steam corrosion standards. Prompt rectification is necessary for non-compliant pipelines.
Consider incorporating solid-liquid separation equipment, like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet, to safeguard the system.
3.3.6 Install inlet and outlet pipes meticulously. All pipelines must be equipped with the necessary accessories per the PI diagram. Support the compressor-connected pipelines with independent brackets, preventing undue load on the compressor.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its auxiliary equipment have been impeccably installed and the concrete foundation has reached full solidification, you can initiate the compressor operation test. This crucial step ensures that your system is ready for optimal performance, ensuring the reliability and efficiency you demand from your equipment.
3.3.8 The electric control cabinet for the compressor must be strategically installed within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. To ensure seamless connectivity and safety, the wiring should be carefully routed through an underground threading pipe, linking the compressor to the electric control cabinet. Once positioned, proceed to connect the wiring terminals within the electric control cabinet to the remote Distributed Control System (DCS) lines, ensuring a flawless integration for enhanced operational control.
