This groundbreaking method significantly cuts the need for external energy by brilliantly recycling the secondary steam energy it produces. Imagine the marvel of transforming electrical energy into thermal energy, thanks to a highly efficient steam compressor that compresses the secondary steam generated by the evaporator. This process elevates both the pressure and temperature of the steam, which is subsequently returned to the evaporator. As it heats the materials, it sparks evaporation, ingeniously recycling the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam.
The DM Series Single-stage Geared Steam Compressor is a marvel of modern engineering, expertly designed to include the compressor body, coupling, gearbox, lubrication system, motor, electric instruments, and an advanced anti-surge control system. Its design boasts a compact structure, ensuring ease of maintenance and delivering reliable performance.
3.3.1 Ensure a seamless installation by placing the compressor base integrally onto the foundation. Use wedge-shaped shims strategically positioned under the base to achieve perfect leveling.
Alternately position two wedge-shaped irons, ensuring stability. After achieving the desired level, spot weld these wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 key points.
Crafted and installed by the user based on real-time conditions, the contact surface of the wedge must be precisely finished to ensure even contact on inclined planes,
with a robust bearing capacity that does not exceed 40Kg/cm².2).
3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to ascertain perfect alignment. Adhere to the stringent leveling requirements of the unit: an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.
These parameters ensure optimal performance and stability.
3.3.3 Achieve meticulous coupling alignment by following these crucial steps:
1) Disengage the main power supply to ensure safety;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section with precision;
4) Verify the flatness of the motor installation plane, ensuring a clean and clear surface free of debris and attachments;
5) Ensure the bolt holes in the motor are larger than the bolts themselves, allowing for easy adjustments;
6) Be sure to have an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets to securely cover the motor feet. These gaskets should be pristine, without any attachments, and sufficiently flat.
7) Employ a dial indicator or a laser alignment tool with a precision of 0.01mm, to be provided by the customer;
8) Set up a bracket as illustrated below, to support the dial indicator;
9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to affix a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, ensuring precise measurements with the probe on the compressor hub's outer edge.
10) Carefully adjust the motor feet using the adjustment bolts, aligning the compressor and motor center lines precisely. Maintain a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm.
11) Secure the alignment by firmly tightening the motor foot bolts, then meticulously verify the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling.;
12) Conclude the alignment process by installing the coupling intermediate section post successful motor idling tests.
3.3.4 Once 'levelness' and alignment are perfected, tighten the anchor bolts. After mechanical operations, release, and retighten these bolts for enhanced stability.
3.3.5 Protect the impeller, a high-speed component, from damage by ensuring no solids or liquids enter. Confirm inlet and outlet pipelines meet the required steam corrosion standards.For systems not meeting these standards, it is suggested to implement solid-liquid separation equipment, like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Properly install compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure all necessary pipeline accessories are included as per the PI diagram. Support the connected pipeline independently to avoid burdening the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its supportive equipment have been precisely installed and the concrete foundation has fully solidified, it's time to commence the compressor operation test. This ensures everything is functioning optimally, paving the way for seamless performance.
3.3.8 For optimal efficiency, the electric control cabinet of the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius. The connection from the compressor to the control cabinet mandates the use of threading pipes which should be securely routed underground. Once the cabinet is installed, ensure seamless integration by connecting the wiring terminals in the cabinet with the remote DCS lines, promising impeccable operational control.
