Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The Efficient Frequency Conversion Compressor's base is meticulously set upon a solid foundation. Ensure the use of wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve perfect leveling.
Expertly position these wedge-shaped irons in an alternating sequence. After securing a level position, professionally spot-weld at 4 to 5 crucial points.
The user should manufacture and install these wedges in accordance with the specific situational requirements. Ensure the wedge's contact surface is precisely finished for optimal evenness,
ensuring the inclined plane offers consistent contact. The bearing capacity should not exceed a robust 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to ascertain the perfect horizontality of the unit. Unit leveling demands are exacting: axial precision stands at 0.05/1000mm and horizontal precision at 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Achieving precise coupling centralization is crucial. Confirm the following meticulous requirements before commencing alignment:
1) Shut down the main power supply to ensure complete safety;
2) Carefully remove the protective coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Verify the motor installation plane's flatness to ensure it's devoid of debris, dirt, or other attachments;
5) Motor bolt holes must exceed bolt size to allow easy loosening and motor adjustment;
6) Adequately prepare stainless steel gaskets for motor foot coverage. These gaskets must be clean, flat, and precise—avoid using elongated or thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) A dial indicator or high-precision laser alignment meter with 0.01mm accuracy is essential (to be supplied by the customer);
8) Ready a bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated in the below diagram;

9) Use a motor wheel hub mounting bracket to fix a dial indicator on the hub edge, placing its probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Adjust the bolts around the motor feet ensuring the compressor and motor center lines are impeccably aligned (or per specific instructions). Maximum permissible deviation of the outer circle is 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly elevated above the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, coupling end face deviation can be between 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Finally, securely fasten the motor foot bolts, meticulously reviewing the coupling's outer circle and end face runouts;
12) After a thorough motor idling test, proceed to install the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Upon fine-tuning the "levelness" and alignment of the casing, tighten the anchor bolts. Post mechanical or trial operation, release and re-tighten the bolts for assured stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, as a high-velocity rotating component, demands absolute purity from solid or liquid intrusions to prevent irreversible compressor damage. Assure cleanliness of inlet and outlet pipelines, conforming to system steam corrosion grade requirements. Rectification is imperative for non-compliant pipelines. Adding solid-liquid separators, like gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe is strongly recommended.

3.3.6 Proceed with meticulous installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Adhere to PI diagram specifications for pipeline accessories. Ensure independent support for pipelines using separate brackets, avoiding any load on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Upon the successful installation of the main fan and its ancillary equipment, and after ensuring that the concrete has reached full solidity, the highly anticipated compressor operation test can be initiated.
3.3.8 Position the electric control cabinet of the compressor within a convenient 5-meter radius of the compressor. Utilize threading pipe to seamlessly connect the wiring from the compressor to the electric control cabinet, ensuring these conduits are securely routed underground. Once the electric control cabinet is positioned, expertly link the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the remote DCS lines.
