Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by expertly positioning the compressor base integrally on the foundation; employ wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to meticulously adjust the unit level.
Alternate the placement of two wedge-shaped irons. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, secure by spot welding the wedge irons at 4 to 5 strategic points.
These wedges should be crafted and installed by the user, tailored to specific conditions, ensuring an impeccably finished contact surface for seamless inclined plane contact.
The bearing capacity of each wedge iron must rigidly adhere to a limit of no greater than 40Kg/cm².

3.3.2 Employ a precision level to ascertain flatness. Adhere to strict leveling standards: axial level precision of 0.05/1000mm, and horizontal level precision of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Achieve impeccable alignment by centering the coupling. Prior to starting this process, ensure complete adherence to the following prerequisites:
1) Deactivate the main power supply to ensure safety;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Scrutinize the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it is free from debris, dirt, and extraneous attachments.
5) Ensure motor bolt holes exceed bolt size to facilitate bolt loosening for precise motor adjustment.
6) Stockpile high-quality stainless steel gaskets, ensuring their surface is impeccably flat and devoid of any attachments, avoiding the use of long and thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with superior precision of 0.01mm, a tool to be acquired by the customer.
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket for supporting the dial indicator, as illustrated in the accompanying diagram.

9) Employ a motor wheel hub mounting bracket for precise dial indicator placement on the hub's edge, ensuring accurate alignment of the compressor wheel hub's perimeter.
10) Adjust motor feet bolts meticulously to align the compressor and motor center lines, adhering to an outer circle deviation maximum of 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly elevated over the compressor low-speed shaft.

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, meticulously reviewing both outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling to ensure flawless operation.;
12) Conclude with the installation of the coupling's intermediate section post motor idling tests to confirm seamless integration.
3.3.4 Once 'levelness' and casing alignment are perfected, anchor bolts must be securely tightened. After mechanical or trial operation, retighten for ensured integrity.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed marvel, demands careful protection from any solid or liquid intrusion, which can incur irreversible harm. Meticulously ensure the cleanliness and corrosion-resistance of inlet and outlet pipelines, rectifying any that fall short.
Enhance system reliability by incorporating solid-liquid separation solutions, such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, preceding the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Follow PI diagram guidelines, ensuring all pipeline accessories are aptly fitted. Each pipeline should be independently supported, preventing undue strain on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the installation of the main fan and its supportive equipment is complete and the concrete has firmly set, you are ready to initiate the compressor's operational test. This process marks a crucial step in ensuring that the Versatile Water Vapour Compressor is in optimal working condition, paving the way for efficient wastewater management.
3.3.8 Position the electric control cabinet within a 5-meter radius of the compressor to maintain optimal control and efficiency.
