3.3.1 Begin by placing the compressor base securely onto the foundation. Strategically position wedge-shaped shims beneath the base for precise leveling adjustments.
Carefully alternate the placement of each wedge-shaped iron, and once optimal leveling is achieved, perform spot welding on the wedges at 4 to 5 points, ensuring stability.
The manufacturing and installation of these wedges should be executed by the user, tailored to the specific conditions on-site. The contact surface of the wedges must be finely finished.
The inclined planes should evenly contact, and the bearing capacity of each wedge iron must not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a level to ascertain the unit's alignment. The leveling criteria specify an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.
Ensure these precise measurements for optimal performance.

3.3.3 Achieve precise coupling alignment by following these detailed steps:
1) Ensure complete safety by first turning off the main power supply;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield to access the components;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section for better reach;
4) Inspect the motor installation plane meticulously, clearing any debris or foreign particles;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are slightly larger than the bolts for easy adjustments;
6) Have sufficient stainless steel gaskets ready to support the motor feet, ensuring they are clean and flat. Avoid using long, slender gaskets for fitting between the motor and base;
7) Use either a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm, which the customer should provide;
8) Prepare the necessary support bracket for mounting the dial indicator as demonstrated in the illustration;

9) Secure the dial indicator onto the motor wheel hub bracket, allowing precise measurement of the compressor wheel hub's perimeter;
10) Align the compressor and motor center lines by adjusting the motor foot adjustment bolts. The maximum allowable deviation is 0.05mm, with specific end face runout criteria at 0.03-0.05mm;

11) Once aligned, firmly tighten the motor foot bolts, and recheck the runout parameters for accuracy.;
12) After confirming alignment, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section following a successful motor idling test.
3.3.4 Ensure all adjustments to the casing's levelness and alignment are performed meticulously. Once verified, securely tighten the anchor bolts. After initial operation, retighten for ensured stability.
3.3.5 The impeller’s high-speed rotation is critical, and must remain free from any solid or liquid interference to prevent irreversible damage. Guarantee the connected pipelines are clean and adhere to the steam corrosion standards.
For pipelines that do not meet these specifications, it is advisable to install equipment such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee before the compressor's inlet to ensure optimal operations.
3.3.6 Proceed with the proper installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure all relevant pipeline accessories are positioned according to the PI diagram, with external support brackets for the pipeline, avoiding any weight-bearing on the compressor itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and all its supportive equipment have been meticulously installed, and the concrete infrastructure has reached full solidity, you are ready to proceed with the compressor operation test. This crucial phase ensures the seamless integration and functionality of your Dynamic Steam Compressor, setting the stage for its effective role in versatile pharmaceutical wastewater treatment.
3.3.8 For optimal performance and safety, the electric control cabinet of the compressor must be strategically placed within a 5-meter radius of the compressor unit. Ensure that the electrical connections are securely established using threading pipe, which must be positioned underground. Once the electric control cabinet is firmly in place, meticulously connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the remote DCS lines. This setup is designed to guarantee an efficient, reliable, and controlled operational environment for the Dynamic Steam Compressor.
