3.3.1 To achieve the pinnacle of performance for your Steam Compressor with Overall Base and Guide Vane Adjustment Features from NANTONG DART-RICH FAN CO., LTD, ensure the entire compressor base is seated on a steadfast foundation. With precision, place wedge-shaped shims beneath the base; these are masterfully used to finely tune the unit's level.
Expertly arrange the wedge-shaped irons in an alternating pattern. Once you've attained immaculate leveling, weld the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 strategic points. The wedge, customized and installed by you, should cater to your specific needs, guaranteeing a seamless contact surface and a balanced distribution of force.
The contact surface must be meticulously finished to guarantee uniform contact across the inclined plane. It is vital that the wedge iron's load-bearing capacity remains within 40Kg/cm2.
3.3.2 Employ a precise level to diligently ascertain the unit's level. Adhering to rigorous leveling standards, the axial level should be 0.05/1000mm, and the horizontal level 0.10/1000mm, ensuring unmatched precision.
3.3.3 Ensure impeccable coupling alignment by executing the following pivotal steps:
1) Prioritize safety by ensuring the main power supply is completely shut off;
2) Proceed to cautiously remove the coupling shield;
3) Expertly detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section with care;
4) Thoroughly inspect the motor installation plane for flatness, ensuring it is clean and devoid of foreign substances;
5) Confirm that the motor bolt holes are larger than the bolts themselves, facilitating the loosening of bolts for motor adjustments;
6) Prepare an ample supply of premium stainless steel gaskets to support the motor's base. These gaskets must be impeccably flat and free of any attachments, steering clear of using long, thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a precision laser alignment meter with a 0.01mm accuracy, provided by the customer;

The outer circle's maximum deviation should remain within 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly elevated compared to the compressor low-speed shaft center line, and the coupling end face deviation kept between 0.03 and 0.05mm.
11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts and meticulously review the outer circle runout and the end face runout of the coupling for optimal alignment.
12) After successful motor idling tests, seamlessly install the coupling intermediate section to ensure flawless operation.
3.3.4 Following the expert adjustment of 'levelness' and alignment of the casing, tighten the anchor bolts to secure steadfast stability. After mechanical or trial operation, it’s crucial to loosen and retighten the bolts to ensure lasting reliability.
3.3.5 Given the impeller's high-speed rotation, it is essential to prevent any solid or liquid intrusion to avoid irreversible damage to the compressor. Ensure that the inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor are impeccably clean and compliant with the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. Pipelines that fail to meet these standards must undergo necessary rectifications.It is highly recommended to integrate solid-liquid separation equipment—such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee—before the straight pipe at the compressor's inlet to maintain system integrity.
3.3.6 Begin the process of installing the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with precision. It is imperative that the import and export pipelines are adeptly fitted with the relevant pipeline accessories as vividly illustrated in the PI diagram. Ensure that the pipeline connected to the compressor is supported by a dedicated bracket, thereby preventing any excessive weight from being placed upon the compressor body itself. This careful attention to detail will guarantee the long-term integrity of your installation.
3.3.7 With the main fan and its associated equipment meticulously installed, and once the concrete foundation has achieved complete solidity, you're poised to enter the exhilarating phase of conducting a compressor operation test. 3.3.8 Strategically position the electric control cabinet of the compressor within a convenient 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. Deploy a robust threading pipe to seamlessly integrate the wiring from the compressor to the electric control cabinet, discreetly routing it underground for an immaculate finish. Once the electric control cabinet is securely placed, attentively connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, establishing an unyielding and reliable control link that ensures precision and efficiency in operations.
