The fundamental principle lies in compressing the secondary steam, which is produced by the evaporator, using a high-efficiency steam compressor. This process skillfully converts electrical energy into thermal energy, resulting in an increase in both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The elevated temperature then returns the steam to the evaporator, where it efficiently heats the materials, prompting further evaporation. This brilliant cycle enables the recycling of the latent heat of vaporization, optimizing the energy efficiency of secondary steam.
The DML series low temperature rise steam compressor is a marvel of engineering, primarily consisting of a robust compressor body, including components such as the volute, impeller, main shaft, bearing housing, and seal. Additionally, it features a precise coupling, a powerful motor, and advanced electric instruments. Each element is meticulously designed to ensure optimal performance and durability.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Gracefully position the compressor base seamlessly on its designated foundation. For perfect alignment, place wedge-shaped shims beneath the base.
Meticulously alternate two wedge-shaped irons, ensure the unit is level, and secure them with spot welding at 4~5 critical points. The user should
craft and install the wedge carefully, ensuring a perfectly finished contact surface for even distribution of inclined plane pressure.
The wedge iron should not bear a load exceeding 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a precision level to achieve impeccable axial and horizontal leveling with a precision of 0.05/1000mm and 0.10/1000mm respectively.
Confirm the exact horizontal balance of the unit for superior performance.

3.3.3 Attain perfect coupling alignment. Adhere to these essential alignment pre-requisites:
1) Deactivate the main power supply to ensure complete safety.
2) Diligently remove the protective coupling shield.
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section with care.
4) Verify the motor installation plane's integrity, ensuring no debris or dirt jeopardizes the setup.
5) Ensure the motor bolt hole exceeds the bolt size for easy loosening and precise motor adjustments.
6) Secure an ample supply of pristine stainless steel gaskets to stabilize the motor's footing.
7) Utilize a highly accurate dial indicator or laser alignment meter (0.01mm precision) provided by the customer.
8) Prepare a robust bracket for supporting the essential dial indicator as illustrated below.

9) Equip the motor wheel hub with a mounting bracket for optimal dial indicator placement on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) Through meticulous adjustments of bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines with a maximum deviation of 0.05mm.

11) Securely fasten the motor foot bolts, and meticulously reassess the coupling's outer circle and end face runout.;
12) Post successful motor idling tests, reinstall the coupling intermediate section for seamless operation.
3.3.4 Post adjustment, securely fasten the anchor bolts. After any trial runs, re-torque the bolts for assured stability.
3.3.5 The impeller's high-speed rotation demands pristine pipeline conditions to avoid irreparable harm. Ensure pipelines meet the required steam corrosion standards. Install a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee for added safety.
3.3.6 Seamlessly install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure all pipeline accessories align with the PI diagram. Support the pipeline independently to avoid exerting pressure on the compressor.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and all its auxiliary equipment have been expertly installed, and the concrete base has fully solidified to ensure maximum stability, the next exciting step is to conduct the rigorous compressor operation test.
3.3.8 To ensure optimal performance and safety, the electric control cabinet for the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. The wiring, which connects the compressor to the electric control cabinet, must be meticulously threaded through pipes that are securely placed underground. Once the electric control cabinet is perfectly positioned, it's time to seamlessly connect the wiring terminals in the electric control cabinet with the lines at the remote DCS for flawless integration.
