The core principle revolves around the secondary steam born from the evaporator being ingeniously compressed by a high energy-efficient steam compressor. This process skillfully transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, elevating both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The heightened temperature brilliantly cycles back the secondary steam to the evaporator, efficiently heating the materials and inducing evaporation. This seamless process achieves a remarkable recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam.
The DML Series Low Temperature Rise Steam Compressor stands as a pinnacle of engineering excellence, meticulously crafted with premium components including a compressor body that houses a volute, impeller, main shaft, bearing housing, and seals. It is further equipped with a coupling, a robust motor, and sophisticated electric instruments. Each element is carefully integrated to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
3.3.1 Begin by placing the compressor's integrally designed base securely on the foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve the ideal leveling of the unit.
Position two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating fashion to ensure optimal alignment. Once the unit is level, spot weld the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 strategic points for added stability.
These wedges should be crafted and installed by the user in accordance with specific situation needs. Ensure the contact surface is finished perfectly to guarantee even contact of the inclined plane.
It's critical that the bearing capacity of the wedge iron does not exceed 40Kg/cm2).
3.3.2 Employ a precision level to find absolute levelness. The leveling criteria for the unit include an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm to achieve superior performance.
3.3.3 Perfectly align the coupling. Before you initiate the alignment process, ensure the following prerequisites:
1) Deactivate the main power supply to ensure safety.
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield to access the necessary components.
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section for adjustment.
4) Verify that the motor installation plane is flat, clean, and free of debris or any unwanted attachments.
5) Ensure that the motor bolt holes are larger than the bolt size, permitting easy loosening for motor adjustment.
6) Have an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets to seamlessly cover the motor feet, ensuring they are flat and unadulterated.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with precision up to 0.01mm, which the customer should prepare independently.
8) Set up the supporting bracket for the dial indicator as illustrated below.
9) The motor wheel hub mounting bracket should be equipped to mount a dial indicator on its edge, placing the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) Adjust the bolts around the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines closely. Aim for a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm, ensuring the motor shaft center line positions slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, with a coupling end face deviation between 0.03 and 0.05mm.
11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, then reassess the coupling's outer circle runout and end face runout for precision.;
12) Following the motor idling test, re-install the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Upon achieving proper 'levelness' and alignment of the casing, fasten the anchor bolts. Post mechanical operation or trial run, release and re-tighten these bolts to ensure durability.
3.3.5 The impeller's high-speed rotation necessitates the prevention of any solid or liquid entrance to avoid irreversible damage. Ensure the compressor-connected pipelines meet the steam corrosion grade requirements. Non-compliant pipelines should be upgraded, and it's advised to add solid-liquid separation equipment, such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Follow the PI diagram for fitting relevant pipeline accessories. The weight of pipelines must be supported by a separate bracket, not the compressor body, to prevent undue stress.
3.3.7 Upon the complete installation and solidification of the main fan and its auxiliary equipment, conduct the compressor operation test to assess functionality and performance.
