Installation Instructions

3.3.1 For a seamless setup, precisely position the compressor base onto the foundation. Strategically place wedge-shaped shims underneath to fine-tune the unit's level.
Arrange two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating pattern. After perfecting the unit’s level, solidify the wedges with spot welds at 4-5 key points. These wedges should be
crafted and installed by the user, tailored to the specific conditions. Ensure that the contact surfaces are smoothly finished for consistent contact across the inclined
planes. Note that the bearing strength of each wedge iron should not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to ensure balance. The unit's leveling criteria are: an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal
level of 0.10/1000mm, ensuring impeccable precision.

3.3.3 Achieving coupling precision involves ensuring the following prerequisites before alignment:
1) Secure safety by turning off the main power supply;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield to access components;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section;
4) Inspect the motor installation plane for flatness, ensuring it is free from debris, dirt, and foreign objects;
5) Ensure motor bolt holes exceed bolt size to allow adjustments; allow bolt loosening for motor positioning;
6) Stock up on stainless steel gaskets to support the motor base. These gaskets must be clean and flat, avoiding long thin gaskets between the motor and base;
7) Employ a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with precise accuracy of 0.01mm (provided by the customer);
8) Prepare a bracket for the dial indicator as illustrated below;

9) The motor wheel hub mounting bracket stabilizes a dial indicator on the hub edge, positioning the probe on the outer edge of the compressor hub;
10) Adjust bolts around motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines precisely, allowing a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm, ensuring the motor shaft center line sits higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, with coupling end face deviations of 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, then meticulously review the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling;
12) Following the motor’s idle test, reassemble the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Post alignment and level adjustments, firmly secure the anchor bolts. After mechanical trials, loosen and retighten bolts for assurance.
3.3.5 As impellers operate at high speeds, prevent damage by ensuring the connected inlet and outlet pipelines remain pristine, conforming to the system's steam corrosion specifications. Non-compliant pipelines require prompt rectification. It's recommended to install solid-liquid separation devices (such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees) before the straight pipe at the compressor inlet.

3.3.6 Seamlessly install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure import and export pipelines are outfitted with necessary pipeline accessories according to the PI diagram. The supporting bracket must handle the pipeline's weight independently, keeping the compressor body unburdened.
3.3.7 Following the successful installation of the main fan along with its auxiliary equipment, and once the concrete has achieved full solidity, we can proceed to the exhilarating phase of conducting the compressor operation test. 3.3.8 The electric control cabinet for the compressor should be strategically positioned within a convenient 5-meter radius of the compressor itself.
