This steam undergoes compression using a high-efficiency steam compressor, adeptly transforming electrical energy into thermal energy. As a result, the secondary steam experiences an elevation in both pressure and temperature. This elevated steam is then redirected back to the evaporator, where it efficiently heats the materials, inducing evaporation. 3.3.1 The compressor base is strategically positioned on the foundation. To ensure optimal leveling, place wedge-shaped shims beneath the base. These shims are essential for unit stabilization.
Alternately position two wedge-shaped irons to achieve precision alignment. After achieving level perfection, secure the wedge-shaped irons with spot welds at 4 to 5 strategic points.
The user is responsible for fabricating and installing these wedges according to specific requirements. Ensure the contact surface is finely finished for seamless connection of inclined planes.
The wedge iron's bearing capacity must not exceed 40Kg/cm².2.
3.3.2 Employ a precision level to ascertain unit alignment. The axial leveling must meet 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level should achieve 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Center the coupling meticulously. Prior to alignment, ensure the following prerequisites are satisfied:
1) Deactivate the main power supply to ensure safety;
2) Detach the coupling shield with care;
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Inspect the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it is free from debris and contaminants;
5) The motor bolt holes should be larger than the bolts for easy adjustment and secure fixation;
6) Equip sufficient stainless steel gaskets to uniformly cover the motor's foot for adjustments—avoid long, thin gaskets that may disturb alignment;
7) Use either a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with a high accuracy rate of 0.01mm, which the customer must provide.
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator as illustrated below;
9) Utilize a motor wheel hub mounting bracket to secure the dial indicator, positioning its probe on the compressor's wheel hub edge;
10) Adjust the motor feet's bolts to align the compressor and motor centerline, ensuring the maximum outer circle deviation is 0.05mm, while the motor shaft's center line should exceed the compressor's low-speed shaft line, with coupling end face deviation between 0.03~0.05mm.
11) Securely fasten the motor foot bolts, and thoroughly check the outer circle runout and the coupling's end face runout for accuracy.;
12) Conclude with installing the coupling's intermediate section post motor idling tests.
3.3.4 Once the casing's alignment and 'levelness' adjustments are confirmed, tighten the anchor bolts. For optimal performance, re-tighten after the mechanical or trial operation phase.
3.3.5 The impeller, being a high-speed rotating element, must remain free of solids or liquids to prevent irreversible compressor damage. It is crucial to ensure inlet and outlet pipelines are pristinely clean, adhering to the system's steam corrosion standards. Pipelines failing these standards require immediate correction.To fortify against impurities, it is recommended to integrate solid-liquid separation equipment like gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees prior to the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Mount the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with precision. Follow the PI diagram to incorporate relevant pipeline accessories. Ensure the connected pipeline is supported independently by another bracket, avoiding undue strain on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the majestic main fan and its sophisticated ancillary equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete foundation is thoroughly solidified, you'll be ready to conduct the compressor's operation test with precision and confidence.
3.3.8 For the utmost efficiency and seamless operation, ensure that the electric control cabinet of the compressor is strategically installed within 5 meters of the unit. The connection from the compressor to this cabinet should be expertly routed through threading pipes placed underground. Once the electric control cabinet is securely positioned, proceed to connect the wiring terminals inside it with the lines at the remote Distributed Control System (DCS), ensuring a flawless integration.
