The core principle involves compressing the secondary steam produced by the evaporator using a high-efficiency steam compressor. This innovative approach heats materials and triggers evaporation, thereby achieving a remarkable recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of secondary steam.

Its cutting-edge design features a main structure where the impeller is directly mounted at the shaft extension end of the motor. Ingeniously, the rotor is supported by an oil film bearing, allowing for direct drive by the high-speed motor. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base should be delicately and integrally positioned on the foundation, ensuring the placement of wedge-shaped shims under the base to precisely adjust the unit level.
Alternately place two wedge-shaped irons, and once the unit is meticulously leveled, skillfully spot weld the irons at 4~5 strategic points. The wedge must be
designed and installed by the user according to specific conditions, guaranteeing a perfectly finished contact surface (ensuring consistent contact of the inclined
plane). The structural integrity and load-bearing capacity of each wedge iron must not exceed 40Kg/cm
2.
3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to ascertain the absolute level. The exact leveling specifications: the axial level must be at 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal
level should remain at 0.10/1000mm, ensuring optimal performance.

3.3.3 Coupling alignment is crucial. Prior to alignment adjustments, ensure these critical prerequisites are met:
1) Ensure the main power supply is completely turned off;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section with precision;
4) Verify the motor installation plane is impeccably flat, free from debris, dirt, and attachments;
5) Ensure motor bolt holes exceed bolt size to allow strategic loosening for motor adjustment;
6) Adequately prepare stainless steel gaskets for motor footing. These must be free from attachments and perfectly flat. Avoid using long, thin gaskets for adjustments between motor and base;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with precision accuracy of 0.01mm (provided by the customer);
8) Prepare a robust bracket to support the dial indicator according to the illustration provided;

9) Employ a motor wheel hub mounting bracket for dial indicator installation on the hub’s edge, precisely positioning the probe on the compressor hub’s outer edge;
10) Adjust the motor feet bolts, aligning the compressor and motor center line meticulously along the same line. Follow corresponding instructions to ensure the maximum outer circle deviation is 0.05mm (the motor shaft center line should sit slightly above the compressor low-speed shaft center line), with coupling end face deviation between 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, then meticulously review the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling.
12) Following a successful motor idling test, reinstall the coupling intermediate section confidently.
3.3.4 Once "levelness" and precision alignment of the casing are achieved, thoroughly tighten the anchor bolts. Post mechanical operation (or trial), loosen and retighten them for optimal stability.

3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating marvel, must be protected from any solid or liquid intrusion to prevent irreversible compressor damage. Ensure that all connected inlet and outlet pipelines are impeccably clean, adhering to the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. Any non-compliant pipelines must be promptly rectified. It is recommended to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Expertly install compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Import and export pipelines should be equipped with the appropriate pipeline accessories as per the PI diagram. Ensure that the compressor-connected pipelines are supported by a separate bracket, avoiding any undue weight burden on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its supportive equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete has achieved full solidification, you are ready to embark on the exciting compressor operation test, ensuring everything is in prime condition for optimal performance.
3.3.8 For seamless integration and operation, the electric control cabinet of the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. The wiring connection between the compressor and the electric control cabinet must be meticulously routed through threading pipes that are securely placed underground. Once the electric control cabinet is perfectly positioned, ensure a precise connection of the wiring terminals inside the cabinet with the remote DCS lines, guaranteeing flawless communication and control.
