The fundamental concept revolves around the process where the evaporator generates secondary steam, which is then skillfully compressed using a high-energy-efficiency steam compressor. This transformation converts electrical energy into valuable thermal energy, elevating both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. This enhanced steam is returned to the evaporator, effectively heating the materials and inducing evaporation, thereby brilliantly recycling the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam.
The DML series low temperature rise steam compressor stands as a sophisticated engineering marvel, primarily composed of an intricate compressor body, including elements such as the volute, impeller, main shaft, bearing housing, and seal. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by seamlessly positioning the compressor base on its designated foundation. Employ wedge-shaped shims underneath the base to achieve optimal unit leveling.
Alternate the placement of two wedge-shaped irons. Once leveling is attained, secure the wedges with precision by spot welding at 4 to 5 strategic points.
The user should custom manufacture and install wedges tailored to specific requirements, ensuring an even contact surface for maximum efficiency.
Ensure the inclined plane contacts are immaculate, and remember, the wedge iron's bearing capacity must not surpass 40Kg/cm².

3.3.2 Utilize a precise level to guarantee uniformity. The unit's leveling criteria are paramount: an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.
Stay within these fine margins to ensure peak performance.

3.3.3 Achieve coupling perfection by centering it. Prior to initializing alignment, adhere to these vital checks:
1) Disengage the main power supply to ensure safety.
2) Remove the protective coupling shield for unrestricted access.
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section for clear visibility.
4) Verify the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it's free of debris, contaminants, and attachments.
5) Confirm the motor bolt hole exceeds the bolt size, allowing bolt loosening for motor adjustments.
6) Have ample stainless steel gaskets ready to support the motor feet. They must be pristine and flat. Avoid using elongated thin gaskets for insertion between the motor and base.
7) Equip yourself with a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm, sourced by the customer.
8) Arrange the bracket supporting the dial indicator as illustrated in the subsequent diagram.

9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket for precise placement of a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, with the probe touching the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) Fine-tune the motor adjustment bolts to align the compressor and motor center lines, with the outer circle's maximum deviation at 0.05mm (motor shaft centered slightly higher than the compressor low-speed shaft), and coupling end face deviation between 0.03 to 0.05mm.

11) Conclude by tightening the motor foot bolts and reassessing both the outer circle runout and coupling end face runout for accuracy;
12) After confirming alignment, reinstall the coupling intermediate section post-motor idling test.
3.3.4 Once the casing's levelness and alignment are perfected, secure the anchor bolts. After a comprehensive mechanical operation or trial run, revisit and retighten for assurance.
3.3.5 Recognize the impeller as a high-speed rotating marvel. Protect it meticulously from solid or liquid intrusions that could inflict irreparable damage. Ensure the connected inlet and outlet pipelines meet the system's steam corrosion grade. For non-compliant pipelines, rectify immediately. We recommend installing solid-liquid separation equipment like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Forge ahead by installing the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure import and export pipelines are fitted with requisite accessories as per the PI diagram. Support pipelines with a separate bracket, ensuring no weight is transferred onto the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its auxiliary equipment are meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has achieved full solidity, you are ready to initiate the compressor operation test. This step marks a pivotal moment in confirming the seamless functionality and reliability of the system.
3.3.8 For optimal efficiency, the electric control cabinet of the compressor should be strategically positioned within a convenient 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. The wiring connection, essential for operational integrity, must be meticulously managed by threading the pipe underground, ensuring both safety and aesthetic considerations are met. Once the electric control cabinet is securely in place, proceed to connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, facilitating a smooth flow of control and communication.
