The core principle involves compressing secondary steam produced by the evaporator using a high-efficiency steam compressor. This process masterfully converts electrical energy into thermal energy, elevating the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. This heightened steam is channeled back into the evaporator to heat materials, which then leads to evaporation. As a result, it brilliantly recycles the latent heat of vaporization of secondary steam, driving unprecedented energy efficiency.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 To ensure optimal performance and stability, start by placing the compressor base integrally on the foundation. Use wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to adjust its leveling.
Position two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating pattern. Once the unit is perfectly level, spot weld these irons in 4 to 5 points.
The wedges should be crafted and installed by the user, tailored to the specific site conditions. The contact surfaces should be perfectly aligned,
ensuring even contact along the inclined plane. Note that the bearing capacity of the wedge iron must not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to ascertain the exact leveling of the unit. The unit's axial level should achieve a precision of 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level should meet 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Accurate alignment of the coupling is crucial. Prior to commencing, ensure the following steps:
1) First and foremost, switch off the main power supply;
2) Remove the protective shield of the coupling to access it;
3) Detach the intermediate section of the diaphragm coupling;
4) Verify the motor installation plane is flat and free from any debris, dirt, or attachments;
5) Ensure the motor bolt hole diameter exceeds that of the bolt, enabling adjustments by loosening the bolt;
6) Have an ample supply of flat, stainless steel gaskets ready to support the motor feet. Avoid using long, thin gaskets for adjustments between the motor and the base;
7) Use a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm, which should be provided by the customer;
8) Prepare the specified bracket needed to support the dial indicator as indicated in the diagram below;

9) Mount the dial indicator using the motor wheel hub mounting bracket on the hub's edge, placing the indicator probe on the compressor hub's exterior;
10) Adjust the bolts around the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines. Ensure the maximum outer circle deviation does not exceed 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly elevated compared to the compressor's low-speed shaft center line. Maintain coupling end face deviation within 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, then review the runout of the coupling's outer circle and end face to guarantee precision;
12) Reinstall the coupling's intermediate section following the successful motor idling test.
3.3.4 After achieving precise 'levelness' and alignment of the casing, fasten the anchor bolts securely. Post mechanical operation or trial run, loosen and re-tighten these bolts for reinforcement.
3.3.5 The impeller is a high-speed, precision component. Any foreign solid or liquid infiltrating the impeller can cause severe damage. To prevent this, ensure that all inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor are immaculate and adhere to the steam corrosion standards of the system. Any substandard pipelines must be corrected. It is highly
recommended to install solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Attach relevant pipeline accessories as per the PI diagram, ensuring that the compressor-connected pipeline is supported by an independent bracket rather than relying on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Upon the successful installation of the main fan and its ancillary equipment, and once the concrete has cured to full strength, you can proceed with the compressor operation test. This step is crucial in ensuring the seamless functionality of the Robust Steam Compressor, a pivotal component in efficient wastewater treatment.
3.3.8 The electric control cabinet for the compressor must be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. To ensure safety and efficiency, the wiring needs to be securely threaded through pipes that are laid underground. Once the electric control cabinet is properly situated, establish a connection between the wiring terminals in the cabinet and the lines at the remote Distributed Control System (DCS). This meticulous setup ensures optimal performance and reliability of the entire system.
