The centrifugal fan is a marvel of engineering excellence, meticulously crafted to include a robust fan unit, vital auxiliaries, and a sophisticated control and monitoring system. The fan unit itself is a harmonious blend of dynamic and static components, featuring an intricately designed rotor part with an impeller and a main shaft, complemented by a precision-engineered static part that includes the housing, inlet box, and air inlet. Additionally, the fan is equipped with a damper to optimize airflow. The auxiliaries are equally impressive, integrating a powerful motor, a hydraulic coupling, an actuator, and more, all designed to ensure peak performance and reliability.
Our centrifugal fans offer a versatile range of transmission methods to suit varying operational needs. These include the motor direct connection (A type), which provides seamless power transfer; the belt transmission (B, C, E types), known for its flexibility and efficiency; and the coupling transmission (D type), which ensures smooth operation. For enhanced functionality, the coupling transmission with inlet box (F type) offers additional capabilities. Notably, the E type and F type can be exclusively designed as double suction fan types, enhancing airflow capacity and efficiency.
Upon arrival of the fan, check whether all parts are damaged or missing, and any defects and deviations should be reported to Dart-Rich
as soon as possible.
1. For the fan parts delivered in bulk, some matching parts have been pre-assembled in Dart-Rich and marked before disassembly,
packaging and transportation, and must be installed on site according to the markings.
2. It is necessary to drive the transmission part before installation after the installed ventilator of the whole machine arrives at the site,
check whether the rotating parts are rubbed or jammed, and check the coaxiality of the coupling between the fan and the motor. If there are any problems, it is necessary to adjust and correct them in time.
