The soaring temperature and pressure then propel the elevated secondary steam back to the evaporator, providing the necessary heat to the materials and sparking a new cycle of evaporation. This cycle masterfully recycles the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, epitomizing sustainability and efficiency.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base is expertly positioned on the foundation, with precision placement of wedge-shaped shims under the base to adjust the unit's level.
Place two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating pattern. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, spot weld the wedges at 4 to 5 points for optimal stability.
The user is responsible for the careful manufacturing and installation of the wedge, ensuring an even and smooth contact surface for efficient load distribution.
The bearing capacity of the wedge iron must not exceed 40Kg/cm

3.3.2 Utilize a level to ensure precision. The unit must meet exacting leveling requirements: axial level precision of 0.05/1000mm and horizontal level accuracy of 0.10/1000mm.
Level accurately to maintain optimal operational efficiency.

3.3.3 Ensure perfect coupling alignment. Prior to commencing alignment, verify the following essential conditions:
1) Ensure the main power supply is securely turned off for safety;
2) Remove the coupling shield with care;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Check the motor installation plane for any debris or contaminants, ensuring a clean and smooth surface;
5) The motor bolt holes should be adequately larger than the bolts for easy adjustment; loosen the bolts as necessary;
6) Have enough high-quality stainless steel gaskets ready; they should be clean, flat, and free from any contaminants. Avoid using long and thin gaskets that might compromise stability.
7) Deploy a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm, to be procured by the customer themselves;
8) Ready the bracket designed to support the dial indicator as illustrated below;

9) Utilize the motor's wheel hub mounting bracket to position a dial indicator along the compressor's wheel hub edge for precise alignment.
10) Adjust the bolts around the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines, ensuring a maximum deviation of 0.05mm for optimal performance.

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, then reassess both the outer circle and end face runouts of the coupling.;
12) Conclude with the installation of the coupling's intermediate section after conducting a motor idling test.
3.3.4 After fine-tuning the casing's 'levelness' and alignment, ensure the anchor bolts are tightened. Post mechanical operation, loosen and retighten for confirmed stability.
3.3.5 As the impeller spins at high speed, it’s critical to prevent any solid or liquid intrusion, which could severely damage the compressor. Ensure inlet and outlet pipelines are impeccably clean and adhere to steam corrosion standards.
Consider integrating solid-liquid separation devices such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees before the compressor inlet to enhance system integrity.
3.3.6 Install the inlet and outlet pipes with precision, following the PI diagram for accessory fittings. Support these pipelines independently to prevent undue stress on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its supplementary equipment are securely installed and the concrete has thoroughly solidified, it's the perfect moment to proceed with the compressor operation test. This step ensures that all components are functioning seamlessly and aligned with our high standards of performance.
3.3.8 For optimum functionality, the compressor's electric control cabinet must be positioned within a 5m radius of the compressor itself. The wiring that connects the compressor to this control hub should be meticulously routed through threading pipes, securely placed underground to ensure protection and durability. Once the electric control cabinet is expertly situated, it's crucial to connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the remote DCS lines, thereby establishing a comprehensive and efficient operational network.
