The core of this process involves the high-efficiency steam compressor, which ingeniously compresses the secondary steam produced by the evaporator. This compression converts electrical energy into thermal energy, resulting in an increase in both pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The heightened temperature then allows the secondary steam to return to the evaporator, heating the materials and driving evaporation, thereby ingeniously recycling the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam. This sophisticated process optimizes energy usage and enhances efficiency in a seamless manner.
The DM series Single-stage geared steam compressor is a marvel of engineering, comprising a robust compressor body, precise coupling, advanced gearbox, and a state-of-the-art lubrication system. It also includes a powerful motor, sophisticated electric instrumentation, and an anti-surge control system. Designed with a compact structure, this compressor ensures convenience in maintenance, making it an ideal choice for efficient steam compression.
3.3.1 Begin by securely positioning the compressor base on the prepared foundation. Insert wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to precisely calibrate the unit's level.
Alternate the placement of the wedge-shaped irons and, once the unit is perfectly leveled, apply spot welds at four to five strategic points for stability. The design and installation of these wedges should be tailored by the user based on specific site conditions.
Ensure the contact surfaces are precisely finished to facilitate uniform contact across the inclined plane, maintaining optimal stability.

3.3.2 Utilize a high-precision level to achieve exact horizontal alignment. The unit's axial level must not exceed a deviation of 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal alignment should maintain a precise 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 For optimal coupling alignment, ensure the following checklist is completed before proceeding:
1) Disable the main power supply for safety.
2) Detach the coupling shield with care.
3) Carefully remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section.
4) Inspect the motor installation plane for any debris or foreign objects to ensure a spotless surface.
5) Confirm that the motor bolt holes are sufficiently larger than the bolts to allow for easy adjustments.
6) Assemble an adequate supply of stainless steel gaskets to stabilize the motor feet. Each gasket should be immaculate and perfectly flat; avoid using elongated, slender gaskets for adjustments.
7) Employ a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm, sourced by the customer.
8) Secure the necessary brackets to support the dial indicator as illustrated in the accompanying diagram.
9) Affix the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position the dial indicator on the hub's edge, ensuring the probe rests on the compressor wheel hub's exterior edge.
10) By methodically adjusting the motor foot bolts, align the compressor and motor center lines precisely, adhering to any specific instruction sets. The maximum permissible deviation for the outer circle is 0.05mm. The motor shaft center line should be slightly elevated above the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, while the coupling end face should range between 0.03 to 0.05mm.
11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts once alignment is verified. Double-check the coupling's outer circle runout and end face runout for accuracy.;
12) After successfully completing the motor idling test, reinstall the coupling intermediate section.
3.3.4 Post adjustment of the casing's levelness and alignment, ensure all anchor bolts are firmly tightened. Conduct a mechanical operation (or trial run), then loosen and retighten the bolts to maintain secure installation.
3.3.5 The impeller, a critical high-speed component, must be safeguarded from any solid or liquid ingress, which could cause irreversible damage. Verify that the inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor are pristine and conform to the system's steam corrosion standards. Pipelines failing these criteria require rectification.It is prudent to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before any straight pipe leading to the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure the import and export pipelines are fitted with the appropriate accessories as detailed in the PI diagram. The pipelines must be independently supported by an additional bracket, preventing any undue stress on the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan along with its auxiliary equipment has been meticulously installed and the concrete has achieved complete solidification, you may proceed to conduct the operational testing of the compressor. This stage is crucial to ensure the seamless performance and reliability of the system.
3.3.8 The sophisticated electric control cabinet of the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. It is essential to connect the compressor to the electric control cabinet using a threading pipe, which must be carefully routed underground. Once the electric control cabinet is securely in place, ensure that the wiring terminals within the cabinet are expertly connected to the lines at the remote DCS, guaranteeing flawless integration and control.
