The fundamental principle involves the secondary steam generated by the evaporator being skillfully compressed using a steam compressor of high energy efficiency. This process transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, thus increasing the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. This heightened thermal state returns the secondary steam to the evaporator, where it efficiently heats the materials, producing evaporation. This innovative cycle brilliantly recycles the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, culminating in unparalleled energy savings.
The DML series low temperature rise steam compressor is a marvel of advanced engineering and design. It primarily consists of a robust compressor body, which includes components such as a volute, impeller, main shaft, bearing housing, and seal. Additionally, the system is expertly integrated with a coupling, motor, and sophisticated electric instruments. Each of these elements is meticulously crafted to work in harmony, ensuring superior performance and reliability in every operation.
3.3.1 Position the compressor base solidly on the foundation, ensuring to place wedge-shaped shims beneath the base. These shims are instrumental in finely adjusting the unit's level, an essential step for optimal performance.
Arrange two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating pattern. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, proceed to spot weld the wedge irons at 4-5 strategic points. The wedge creation and installation should be tailored by the user to meet specific conditions.
Ensure the contact surfaces are precisely finished for even engagement across inclined planes. The wedge iron must be robust, with a bearing capacity not exceeding 40Kg/cm.

3.3.2 Employ a level to ascertain precise leveling. The unit must meet the following leveling criteria: an axial level tolerance of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level tolerance of 0.10/1000mm.
3.3.3 Ensure the coupling is impeccably centered. Prior to commencing the alignment, confirm the subsequent prerequisites:
1) Ensure the main power supply is securely turned off to guarantee safety;
2) Detach the coupling shield carefully;
3) Remove the intermediate section of the diaphragm coupling;
4) Verify the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it is devoid of foreign materials, dirt, or attachments, which can hinder performance;
5) The motor's bolt hole should be larger than the bolt itself. This facilitates easy loosening for motor adjustments;
6) Stock ample stainless steel gaskets to support the motor's foot adequately. Gaskets must be clean and flat, avoiding long or thin ones for precision;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with a notable accuracy of 0.01mm, ensuring precise alignment, a responsibility falling to the customer;
8) Equip yourself with a bracket as depicted below to safely support the dial indicator;
9) Employ a motor wheel hub mounting bracket to mount the dial indicator on the wheel hub edge, placing the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge for detailed measurement;
10) Adjust the bolts around the motor feet meticulously to align the compressor and motor center line. Aim for a maximum deviation of 0.05mm, ensuring the motor shaft center line is elevated relative to the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, with coupling end face deviation between 0.03~0.05mm;
11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, and re-evaluate both the outer circle runout and the end face runout of the coupling for precision and reliability;;
12) Following a successful motor idling test, proceed to install the coupling intermediate section.
3.3.4 Upon completing the 'levelness' and alignment adjustments of the casing, firmly tighten the anchor bolts. Post mechanical operation or trial, loosen and retighten the bolts for assured stability.
3.3.5 The impeller is a crucial high-speed rotating component. Any solid or liquid intrusion can cause severe damage. Thus, ensure cleanliness in the inlet and outlet pipelines, aligning with the steam corrosion grade requirements. For non-compliant pipelines, make necessary adjustments, and consider integrating solid-liquid separation equipment, like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the straight pipe at the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 Assemble the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes meticulously. Ensure to use the pertinent pipeline accessories as depicted in the PI diagram. The weight of the connected pipeline must be independently supported, not by the compressor body.
3.3.7 Following the installation of the main fan and ancillary equipment, and once the concrete has set thoroughly, you are ready to conduct the compressor operation test, ensuring seamless performance.
