3.3.1 Begin by integrally positioning the compressor base onto the foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims to fine-tune the unit's level.
Place two wedge-shaped irons alternately under the base. Once the unit is level, spot weld these wedges securely at 4 to 5 points.
Users must manufacture and install the wedges based on actual site conditions. Ensure the contact surface is finished for uniform contact.
The inclined plane must bear loads not exceeding 40Kg/cm² for optimal performance.2).
3.3.2 Employ a level to ascertain the precision installation. The axial level of the unit must meet 0.05/1000mm and the horizontal
level required is 0.10/1000mm, ensuring flawless installation.
3.3.3 Perfectly center the coupling. Before aligning, adhere to these essential prerequisites:
1) Ensure the main power supply is turned off to guarantee safety;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Verify the motor installation plane is smooth, free of debris, and perfectly clean;
5) Ensure motor bolt holes exceed bolt size for easy adjustment;
6) Prepare stainless steel gaskets to support the motor feet, ensuring flatness and the absence of debris. Avoid using long, thin gaskets.
7) Use a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with 0.01mm accuracy, prepared by the customer;
8) Set up a support bracket for the dial indicator as illustrated below;
9) Utilize the motor wheel hub bracket to mount a dial indicator, placing the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Adjust bolts around the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center line. Allow for a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm.
11) Secure the motor foot bolts, reviewing outer circle and end face runout of the coupling for compliance;;
12) After a motor idling test, reinstall the coupling intermediate section.
3.3.4 Once alignment and leveling are achieved, anchor bolts should be tightened. After a test run, re-tighten these bolts.
3.3.5 Protect the high-speed impeller by ensuring the cleanliness of connected inlet and outlet pipelines, adhering to steam corrosion requirements.Install solid-liquid separation equipment like gas scrubbers to prevent solid or liquid damage before the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 Properly install the inlet and outlet pipes, ensuring they are supported by a separate bracket. Follow the PI diagram for accessory placement.
3.3.7 Upon the successful installation of the main fan and its supplementary equipment, and once the concrete has fully solidified, you're ready to initiate the compressor operation test. This crucial step ensures that the system is functioning optimally and ready for the high-efficiency performance you expect from our cutting-edge technology.
3.3.8 For optimal performance and ease of access, the electric control cabinet of the compressor must be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. To maintain a tidy and efficient setup, ensure that the wiring from the compressor to the electric control cabinet is securely connected via a threading pipe placed underground. Once the electric control cabinet is set, meticulously connect the wiring terminals to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring seamless integration and operation.
