This is achieved by ingeniously reutilizing the secondary steam energy it generates. At its core, the principle is elegantly simple yet powerful: the secondary steam produced by the evaporator is expertly compressed using a highly efficient steam compressor. This process transforms electrical energy into valuable thermal energy, elevating the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The elevated temperature then allows the secondary steam to return to the evaporator, where it plays a crucial role in heating the materials to generate further evaporation. This cycle ensures the efficient recycling of the latent heat of vaporization from the secondary steam, optimizing energy use and enhancing sustainability.
The DML series, renowned for its low temperature rise steam compressors, is a masterful assembly of precision-engineered components. It primarily comprises a robust compressor body featuring a volute, impeller, main shaft, bearing housing, and seal, all designed for optimal performance and durability. Additionally, the unit includes a coupling, motor, and sophisticated electric instruments, each meticulously integrated to ensure seamless operation and unparalleled efficiency.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 For the perfect installation, gently place the compressor base securely on the firm foundation. Insert wedge-shaped shims beneath the base for precise leveling adjustments;
alternate two wedge-shaped irons strategically. After achieving the flawless level, spot weld the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 strategic points. Ensure the wedge is
tailored and installed by the user in accordance with real-world conditions, ensuring a finished contact surface for seamless inclined plane contact.
The wedge iron's bearing capacity should not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Utilize a level to ensure precision leveling. Adhere to the unit’s leveling standards: with an axial level tolerance of 0.05/1000mm, and a horizontal
level tolerance of 0.10/1000mm, guaranteeing unparalleled operation.

3.3.3 For coupling precision, align the unit to meet these essential prerequisites:
1) Ensure complete safety by switching off the main power supply;
2) Carefully detach the coupling shield for unhindered access;
3) Remove the central section of the diaphragm coupling with caution;
4) Verify the motor installation plane is pristinely clean, free of debris or any foreign materials;
5) Ensure motor bolt holes exceed bolt sizes, allowing loosening for easy motor adjustments;
6) Gather an ample supply of pristine stainless steel gaskets to fully cover the motor feet. Gaskets must be devoid of debris and perfectly flat, avoiding use of long and thin gaskets between the motor and base for precision adjustments;
7) Employ a high-precision dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with an accuracy of 0.01mm, ensuring accurate alignment;
8) Prepare a robust bracket to support the dial indicator as illustrated below;

9) Mount the dial indicator on the motor wheel hub bracket, aligning the probe to the compressor wheel hub edge;
10) Adjust the motor feet using the adjustment bolts to near-perfectly align the compressor and motor center lines (or follow specific instructions). Ensure the maximum deviation of the outer circle is within 0.05mm (with the motor shaft center line positioned above the compressor's low-speed shaft center line), and coupling end face within 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Securely fasten the motor foot bolts and reassess the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling for final precision.;
12) Reassemble the coupling's intermediate section post motor idle test to ensure optimal functionality.
3.3.4 Post 'levelness' and alignment adjustments of the casing, firmly fasten the anchor bolts. Post mechanical operation or trial run, loosen and retighten the bolts to ensure secure fitting.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating marvel, demands utmost protection from any solid or liquid intrusions that could incur irreversible damage to the compressor. Hence, maintain pristine conditions for inlet and outlet pipelines, matching the steam corrosion standards of the system. Non-compliant pipelines must be rectified, with the recommendation to install solid-liquid separation equipment (such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee) before the straight pipe at the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 Seamlessly install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Import and export pipelines should align with PI diagram specifications, with additional brackets supporting pipelines to relieve the compressor body from undue weight bearing.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and ancillary equipment are meticulously installed and the concrete has fully solidified, proceed with the compressor operation test to ensure flawless performance.
