This process transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, subsequently elevating the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. This enhanced steam is then cycled back to the evaporator, where it effectively heats the materials and initiates further evaporation. Through this elegant recycling of the latent heat of vaporization, MVR remarkably optimizes energy usage and resource conservation.
The DM series Single-stage geared steam compressor is meticulously designed to include several critical components: the compressor body, coupling, gearbox, lubrication system, motor, electric instrument, and an advanced anti-surge control system. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 With meticulous attention to detail, ensure the compressor base is seamlessly placed on its foundation. Position wedge-shaped shims beneath it to achieve the perfect level.
Skillfully alternate placing two wedge-shaped irons. Once the unit is level, secure the irons with spot welds at 4 to 5 strategic points.
Craft the wedge according to your unique situation. Ensure the contact surface is flawlessly finished for even support and stability.
Note that the wedge iron's bearing capacity should not exceed an impressive 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Use a precision level to achieve exactitude. For the utmost precision, ensure the axial level of the unit is 0.05/1000mm, and the horizontal level maintains 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 For an impeccable coupling alignment, adhere to these preparatory steps:
1) Safety first: Turn off the main power supply;
2) Remove the protective coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section for better access;
4) Confirm the motor installation plane is perfectly flat and free from any debris or obstructions;
5) Ensure motor bolt holes are larger than the bolts, allowing for easy adjustments and fine-tuning;
6) Have an ample supply of pristine stainless steel gaskets. These should be flawless and flat—avoid using long, thin gaskets for adjustments;
7) Employ a high-precision dial indicator or a laser alignment meter (accuracy of 0.01mm, customer provided);
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated in the accompanying diagram;

9) The motor wheel hub bracket serves as the ideal mount for the dial indicator, ensuring precise placement on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Adjust the motor feet with care, aligning the compressor and motor center lines. The outer circle's maximum deviation should be no more than 0.05mm, with the motor shaft's center line slightly elevated above the compressor's low-speed shaft center line;

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts and meticulously re-evaluate the runouts of the coupling's outer circle and end face.;
12) After a successful motor idling test, proceed to install the coupling intermediate section.
3.3.4 Once the casing is perfectly aligned and levelled, tighten the anchor bolts. Following a mechanical or trial operation, loosen and retighten them to ensure unwavering stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed marvel, demands pristine conditions. Any foreign matter can cause irreversible damage to your compressor. Maintain inlet and outlet pipelines that are pristine and compliant with the highest steam corrosion standards. If not, they must be upgraded immediately to avoid potential issues.
Consider integrating solid-liquid separation equipment, such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, before the compressor's inlet to maintain optimal conditions.
3.3.6 For seamless operations, install compressor inlet and outlet pipes as per the PI diagram, ensuring all relevant pipeline accessories are in place. Pipelines must be supported independently, not relying on the compressor body to bear their weight.
3.3.7 Following the successful installation of the main fan and its associated equipment, and once the concrete foundation has fully solidified, you are encouraged to initiate a comprehensive operation test of the compressor. This crucial step ensures optimal functionality and prepares the system for peak performance during the extraction process.
3.3.8 It is highly recommended to strategically position the electric control cabinet within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. For seamless connectivity, it is essential to use threading pipes to protect the wiring, which should be discreetly routed underground. Once the electric control cabinet is securely in place, proceed to meticulously connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the corresponding lines at the remote DCS, ensuring a robust and reliable communication link.
