This comprehensive system encompasses a robust compressor body, precision-engineered coupling, advanced gearbox, and a sophisticated lubrication system. Powered by a high-efficiency motor, it is equipped with cutting-edge electric instruments and an anti-surge control system. Designed for ease of maintenance, this compact powerhouse ensures seamless operation, making it the ideal choice for modern industrial applications.
3.3.1 The compressor base is integrally placed on the foundation. Carefully place wedge-shaped shims under the base for precise level adjustment.
Strategically alternate two wedge-shaped irons, then level the unit thoroughly. Secure the wedge-shaped irons with spot welding at 4-5 points. The wedge must be
crafted and installed by the user, customized to the actual conditions. Ensure the contact surface is meticulously finished for seamless contact of inclined
planes. The wedge iron's bearing capacity should not exceed 40Kg/cm2).
3.3.2 Employ a level to ascertain the precision level. Unit leveling requirements: the axial level is 0.05/1000mm, horizontal level is 0.10/1000mm.
Ensure the utmost accuracy in meeting these specifications.
3.3.3 Achieve coupling centering with finesse. Prior to commencing alignment, ensure the following preconditions:
1) Ensure the main power supply is completely turned off;
2) Remove the coupling shield with great care;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Inspect motor installation plane flatness, ensuring it is free from foreign matter, dirt, and attachments;
5) Ensure motor bolt hole dimensions exceed bolt size to facilitate motor adjustments upon loosening;
6) Prepare ample stainless steel gaskets to fully cover the motor's footing. The gaskets must be pristine and flat, avoiding long, thin gaskets for adjustments;
7) Utilize a highly accurate dial indicator or laser alignment meter (self-provided by the customer) with 0.01mm precision;
8) Have a bracket ready, as illustrated below, to support the dial indicator;
9) The motor wheel hub mounting bracket serves to mount the dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, with the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Fine-tune the adjustment bolts surrounding the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center line. Ensure a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm.
11) Securely tighten motor foot bolts, then meticulously review the coupling's outer circle runout and end face runout;
12) Post motor idling test, proceed to install the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 After achieving the optimum 'levelness' and alignment of the casing, tighten the anchor bolts. Post mechanical or trial operation, loosen and retighten the bolts.
3.3.5 The impeller operates at high speed; any solid or liquid intrusion can inflict irreversible damage. Ensure inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine and adhere to the system's steam corrosion grade. Rectify non-compliant pipelines. It'sadvisable to integrate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, preceding the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Install compressor inlet and outlet pipes with precision. Import and export pipelines should include relevant accessories per the PI diagram. Ensure the pipelines connected to the compressor are supported independently to avoid bearing weight on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and all its ancillary equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete base has reached full solidity, it is then time to initiate the compressor operation test. This crucial step ensures peak performance and reliability of the Advanced Steam Compressor with Overall Base for Vanadium Wastewater.
3.3.8 The electric control cabinet of the compressor should be strategically installed within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself, ensuring seamless operation. The connection from the compressor to the electric control cabinet should be expertly executed through threading pipe routed underground for a clean and efficient setup. Once the electric control cabinet is positioned, it is imperative to connect the wiring terminals within to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring complete integration and functionality.
