Alternate the positioning of these wedges and, once the unit is perfectly aligned, secure them with a series of 4 to 5 spot welds, ensuring enduring stability.
Craft and position the wedges as per your unique setup. Ensure the contact surfaces are expertly finished for an even connection of the inclined planes.
Note: The wedge iron's load-bearing prowess should not exceed a robust 40Kg/cm².

3.3.2 With a level in hand, achieve impeccable alignment. The axial precision should be 0.05/1000mm, while horizontally it should stand at a flawless 0.10/1000mm.
Ensure these standards are met for optimal performance.

3.3.3 Center the coupling with attentive care. Before embarking on alignment, attend to these crucial steps:
1) Ensure safety by cutting off the main power supply;
2) Carefully disassemble the coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediary section;
4) Scrutinize the motor installation plane for purity, ensuring it is free from any foreign particles or grime;
5) The motor bolt holes must allow the bolts to move freely for easy adjustments;
6) Amass a reserve of stainless steel gaskets to fully support the motor's footing, ensuring they are impeccably clean and uniformly flat.
7) Deploy a precision instrument, such as a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with 0.01mm accuracy (sourced by you);
8) Have ready a supportive bracket for the dial indicator, as illustrated below;

9) Attach a dial indicator mount on the motor wheel hub to measure the compressor wheel hub's outer edge with precision.
10) Skillfully adjust the motor feet bolts to align the compressor and motor center lines closely. Maintain an outer circle deviation within 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center rising slightly above the low-speed compressor shaft.

11) Secure the motor foot bolts firmly, then re-evaluate the coupling's outer circle and end face runout for utmost accuracy.;
12) Conclude with the installation of the coupling's intermediate section post motor idling test.
3.3.4 Post 'levelness' and casing alignment adjustments, firmly tighten the anchor bolts. After a complete mechanical operation, loosen and retighten the bolts to ensure steadfast security.
3.3.5 Treat the impeller with reverence, as it spins at high speeds. Keep ingress of solids or liquids at bay to prevent irrevocable damage. Ensuring that attached pipelines meet stringent steam corrosion system standards is imperative.
Consider integrating solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, upstream of the compressor inlet for optimal system hygiene.
3.3.6 Securely install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Adorn these with necessary accessories as per the PI diagram. Ensure all pipeline weight is independently supported, sparing the compressor structure.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its state-of-the-art ancillary equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete has reached full solidity, you are set to initiate the compressor operation test.
