Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base is placed with precision on the foundation. Ensure wedge-shaped shims are positioned under the base to fine-tune the level of the unit. The meticulous placement of these shims ensures optimal stability and performance.
Arrange two wedge-shaped irons alternately. Once the unit reaches perfect leveling, spot weld the irons at 4 to 5 points. This essential step guarantees the foundation's reliability, enhancing the unit's functionality.
The user is responsible for manufacturing and installing the wedges based on specific conditions. Ensure the contact surfaces are finely finished, assuring firm and even contact between inclined planes.

9) Use a specialized motor wheel hub mounting bracket to secure a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, placing the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge for precise readings.
10) Adjust the motor feet bolts carefully, aligning the compressor and motor center lines. The maximum deviation for outer circles should not exceed 0.05mm, ensuring the motor shaft center line is slightly elevated above the compressor low-speed shaft center line. Align the coupling end face within a 0.03~0.05mm range.

11) Secure the motor foot bolts firmly after alignment, and double-check the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling.;
12) After successfully conducting the motor idling test, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section to complete the setup.

3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed, rotating marvel, must remain free from solids or liquids to prevent irreversible damage.
