This transformation ingeniously converts electrical energy into thermal energy, subsequently increasing the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. Remarkably, this heightened temperature ensures the secondary steam is returned to the evaporator, where it effectively heats materials, leading to further evaporation. Through this sophisticated process, the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam is ingeniously recycled, epitomizing sustainable and efficient energy use.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 To begin the installation of your Innovative Steam Compressor for Vanadium Extraction, position the robust compressor base integrally on the foundation. Carefully insert wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve unparalleled unit leveling.
Alternate two wedge-shaped irons skillfully, ensuring precise leveling of the unit, then securely spot weld the wedges at 4 to 5 strategic points. These wedges should be
custom-crafted and installed by the user, reflecting the actual on-site conditions. Ensure the contact surface is impeccably finished to guarantee seamless contact on the inclined
plane. Please note, the bearing capacity of the wedge iron should not surpass 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Utilize a high-precision level to perfect the leveling process. The exacting leveling standards demand the axial level of the unit to be 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal
level must maintain a standard of 0.10/1000mm, ensuring impeccable precision.

3.3.3 Masterfully center the coupling. Before beginning this alignment, ensure the following essential prerequisites are accomplished:
1) Deactivate the main power supply completely;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield for easy access;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section with precision;
4) Rigorously inspect the flatness of the motor installation plane to ensure it is free from foreign elements, dirt, and unwanted attachments;
5) Verify that the motor bolt hole is larger than the bolt, facilitating easy loosening to accurately adjust the motor position;
6) Ensure ample availability of stainless steel gaskets to support the motor foot. These gaskets should be pristine and flawlessly flat, avoiding long, thin gaskets that may compromise adjustment between the motor and base;
7) Employ a dial indicator or a cutting-edge laser alignment meter with an impressive accuracy of 0.01mm, which must be procured by the customer;
8) Set up the supporting bracket for the dial indicator as illustrated in the figure below;

9) The motor wheel hub mounting bracket is expertly utilized for dial indicator placement on the periphery of the wheel hub, with the probe gracefully positioned on the outer edge of the compressor wheel hub;
10) By meticulously adjusting the bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines to be virtually identical. The maximum allowable outer circle deviation is 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly elevated compared to the compressor low-speed shaft center line. The coupling end face should maintain a deviation between 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Once alignment is achieved, securely fasten the motor foot bolts, and verify the coupling's outer circle runout and end face runout for precision.;
12) Reinstall the coupling intermediate section post motor idling test to confirm impeccable functionality.
3.3.4 After fine-tuning the 'levelness' and casing alignment, anchor the bolts firmly. Post mechanical or trial operation, release the bolts slightly, then retighten them to reinforce stability.
3.3.5 The impeller is a high-speed rotating marvel; any foreign solid or liquid intrusion will cause detrimental damage. Thus, it is imperative to maintain pristine conditions for the inlet and outlet pipelines attached to the compressor, ensuring they adhere to the steam corrosion grade requirements of the system. Any pipeline falling short of this standard mandates immediate rectification.
Consider integrating superior solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, prior to the compressor intake's straight pipe, enhancing operational integrity.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor inlet and outlet pipelines. Ensure that all import and export pipelines are accompanied by the relevant pipeline accessories per the PI diagram. The pipelines must be supported by an independent bracket, as they should not rely on the compressor body for support.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its ancillary apparatus have been meticulously installed and the concrete has reached its optimal solidity, we invite you to initiate the groundbreaking compressor operation test. This crucial step is designed to ensure peak efficiency and seamless functioning of your compressor system.
3.3.8 The electric control cabinet of the compressor should be strategically positioned within a convenient 5-meter radius of the compressor. The wiring pathway, elegantly encased in threading pipe, should be discreetly routed underground to ensure a sleek and unobtrusive setup. Upon positioning the electric control cabinet, it is essential to skillfully connect the wiring terminals within it to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring flawless communication and control.
