3.3.1 Begin the installation of your Advanced Steam Compressor by positioning the integrally constructed base perfectly on the foundation. To ensure impeccable leveling, gently slide wedge-shaped shims beneath the base. These shims are instrumental for achieving a flawless orientation.
Strategically arrange two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating pattern. Once the unit's alignment exudes perfection, secure the irons with 4 to 5 precise spot welds. This meticulous process guarantees structural integrity.
It is crucial that these wedges are tailored by the user to accommodate the specific operational environment. Ensure that the contact surfaces are meticulously finished, ensuring seamless and even contact on the inclined planes.

3.3.2 For unparalleled performance, ascertain the unit’s level using a precision level tool. The axial level precision must meet a stringent 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level must not deviate beyond 0.10/1000mm, ensuring superior operational outcomes.

3.3.3 Achieve impeccable coupling alignment by meticulously centering. Prior to embarking on alignment, adhere to the following essential preconditions:
1) Ensure the main power supply is securely turned off, safeguarding against any electrical mishaps.
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield, paving the way for an unobstructed alignment process.
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling’s intermediate section to facilitate seamless alignment.
4) Scrutinize the motor installation plane, ensuring it's devoid of any debris, dirt, or foreign attachments; cleanliness is paramount.
5) The motor bolt holes should be designed with ample space around the bolts, allowing easy adjustments for optimal motor positioning.
6) Equip yourself with an adequate supply of stainless steel gaskets to bolster the motor’s foot. These gaskets must be blemish-free and perfectly flat, eschewing the use of elongated or slender gaskets for adjustments.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter, boasting an accuracy of 0.01mm, which should be customer-provided, to attain precise alignment.
8) Prepare a bracket as demonstrated in the below illustration to sturdily support the dial indicator.
9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to secure a dial indicator at the wheel hub’s edge, enabling precise placement of the dial indicator probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) Fine-tune the adjustment bolts around the motor feet to ensure the alignment of the compressor and motor center lines. The deviation of the outer circle should remain a mere 0.05mm, and the motor shaft center line must be marginally elevated above the compressor’s low-speed shaft center line. Maintain the coupling end face within 0.03~0.05mm tolerance.
11) Conclude by firmly tightening the motor foot bolts, thereafter reviewing the coupling’s outer circle and end face runout to confirm precision.;
12) Post the motor's idling test, reassemble the coupling’s intermediate section to complete the coupling procedure.
3.3.4 Once the casing's levelness and alignment reach perfection, anchor the bolts tightly. After a mechanical test or trial operation, slightly loosen and re-tighten to ensure enduring stability.
3.3.5 The compressor's impeller rotates at high speeds; thus, any intrusion of solid or liquid could inflict irreversible harm. It is imperative that the compressor’s inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine, complying with the system's steam corrosion standards. Any non-compliance necessitates immediate rectification.Consider incorporating solid-liquid separation solutions, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the straight pipe at the compressor's inlet for enhanced protection.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipelines, ensuring they are equipped with necessary pipeline accessories as illustrated in the PI diagram. The pipelines must be independently supported, avoiding any weight burden on the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and all its supplementary equipment have been flawlessly installed and the concrete foundation has reached its full strength, you are ready to proceed with the compressor's dynamic operation test. This critical phase ensures that everything is in perfect working order for optimal performance.
3.3.8 For seamless integration, the electric control cabinet must be strategically placed within 5 meters of the compressor. The connectivity between the compressor and the control cabinet requires a well-secured threading pipe, ideally routed underground for safety and efficiency. After positioning the electric control cabinet, meticulously connect the wiring terminals to the remote DCS lines, ensuring a flawless communication setup for comprehensive control and monitoring of the entire system.
