The core principle revolves around compressing secondary steam, generated by the evaporator, using a high-energy efficiency steam compressor. This process adeptly transforms electrical energy into thermal energy. As a result, both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam increase. This elevated steam then cycles back to the evaporator, effectively heating the materials and triggering further evaporation. The ultimate goal? Achieving a seamless recycling of the latent heat of vaporization found in secondary steam.

3.3.1 The compressor base is seamlessly integrated onto the foundation. Enhance stability by positioning wedge-shaped shims beneath the base, ingeniously designed to finely adjust the unit's level.
Arrange two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating fashion. Once leveled, secure with spot welds at 4 to 5 strategic points, ensuring durability and precision.
The wedges, crafted specifically by the user, must be tailored to the actual conditions. Ensure a flawless contact surface for even pressure distribution
across the inclined plane. It's crucial that the bearing capacity of the wedge iron doesn't exceed 40Kg/cm².2).
3.3.2 For exact leveling, employ a high-precision level. The unit's leveling requirements are exacting: an axial level precision of 0.05/1000mm,
and a horizontal level accuracy of 0.10/1000mm guarantees optimal performance.
3.3.3 Achieve perfect coupling alignment. Before commencing alignment, ensure these preparatory steps:
1) Securely disconnect the main power supply for safety;
2) Remove the protective coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Assure the motor installation surface is impeccably flat and free from debris, dirt, and any attachments;
5) Motor bolt holes must exceed the bolt size, allowing for bolt loosening for motor adjustments;
6) Have ample stainless steel gaskets ready to support the motor's base, ensuring no attachments and maintaining flatness. Avoid using elongated, thin gaskets for adjustments;
7) Utilize either a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter, boasting an accuracy of 0.01mm, supplied by the customer;
8) Set up the bracket to support the dial indicator precisely as depicted below;
9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to fit a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, placing the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Adjust the bolts surrounding the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines. The maximum outer circle deviation is 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line marginally elevated above the compressor low-speed shaft center line, and coupling end face deviation between 0.03~0.05mm.
11) Finally, secure the motor foot bolts and meticulously recheck the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling;
12) Conclude by installing the coupling's intermediate section post motor idling test.
3.3.4 Following precise adjustments to the casing's levelness and alignment, tighten the anchor bolts. Post-mechanical operation (or trial run), loosen and retighten them for reinforced stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating marvel, is susceptible to irreversible damage from any solid or liquid intrusion. Ensure all connecting inlet and outlet pipelines are immaculate and adhere to the system's steam corrosion standards. Pipelines failing to meet these criteria must undergo prompt rectification.It is advisable to incorporate solid-liquid separation devices, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, prior to the straight pipe at the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 Securely install compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Follow the PI diagram for integrating necessary pipeline accessories. Support pipelines with separate brackets, ensuring their weight isn't borne by the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its ancillary equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has fully set and hardened, the exciting phase of the compressor operation test can commence. This crucial step ensures that everything is in perfect working order and ready for peak performance.
3.3.8 The electric control cabinet, a vital hub of operations for the compressor, should be strategically installed within a convenient 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. To ensure seamless and reliable connectivity, the wiring should be threaded through protective piping that is routed underground. Once the electric control cabinet is securely positioned, the next step is to expertly connect the wiring terminals in the cabinet with the remote DCS lines, establishing a robust and efficient communication network.
