The core concept revolves around the secondary steam generated by the evaporator: it is compressed using a high-efficiency steam compressor, transforming electrical energy into thermal energy. This process elevates the steam's pressure and temperature, channeling it back to the evaporator. This cycle not only heats the materials to trigger evaporation but also ingeniously recycles the latent heat of vaporization from the secondary steam, maximizing energy reuse and promoting sustainability.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by placing the compressor base securely on the foundation. Use wedge-shaped shims beneath the base for precise leveling of the unit.
Strategically place two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating fashion. Once the unit is perfectly level, spot weld these wedges at 4 to 5 points for robust stability.
Craft and install these wedges according to your specific requirements, ensuring a flawless finish on the contact surface for even distribution.

3.3.2 Use a precision level for exact leveling. The targeted leveling precision: an axial level of 0.05/1000mm, with a horizontal precision of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Focus on achieving perfect coupling alignment. Prior to commencing alignment, ensure the following:
1) The main power supply must be completely switched off for safety;
2) Carefully detach the coupling shield;

5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are larger than the bolts to allow easy loosening for motor adjustments;
6) Stock up on stainless steel gaskets to support the motor's feet; these gaskets must be flat and free from debris for optimal function. Avoid using long, thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Employ a highly accurate dial indicator or laser alignment meter with a 0.01mm precision (to be provided by you).
8) Prepare a bracket to support the dial indicator, following the design shown below;

9) Use a motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position a dial indicator on the hub's edge, securing a probe on the outer rim of the compressor wheel hub;
10) Adjust the bolts surrounding the motor feet meticulously to align the compressor and motor center line. Aim for a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line positioned higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, and coupling end face deviation of 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Once aligned, securely tighten the motor foot bolts. Reassess the runout of both the outer circle and the coupling end face for assurance.;
12) After verifying motor idling, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Post-adjustment of the casing's levelness and alignment, firmly secure the anchor bolts. Upon concluding mechanical operations, loosen and retighten the bolts for optimal stability.
3.3.5 The impeller is a crucial high-speed component; any ingress of solids or liquids can cause severe damage. Ensure that inlet and outlet pipelines are free from contaminants, meeting the system's steam corrosion standards. Non-compliant pipelines require immediate rectification, and installation of a solid-liquid separation device (such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee) before the inlet is advisable.

3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. According to the PI diagram, these pipelines should include the necessary accessories. Additionally, the connected pipelines should be supported by a separate bracket to avoid burdening the compressor body with their weight.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and all its ancillary equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete has reached complete solidification, it's time to embark on the exciting compressor operation test. This crucial step ensures everything is set for optimal performance.
3.3.8 Strategically positioning the electric control cabinet within a convenient 5-meter radius of the compressor is essential. The wiring, securely connected via a threading pipe, should be expertly routed underground. Once the electric control cabinet is in its designated spot, seamlessly link the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the remote DCS lines for a connection that guarantees reliability and efficiency.
