This innovative system dramatically decreases the need for external energy by ingeniously harnessing and repurposing the secondary steam energy it produces. At its core, the principle involves compressing secondary steam from an evaporator using a highly efficient steam compressor. This process adeptly transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, elevating the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. Consequently, the intensified steam is cycled back to the evaporator to heat the materials and trigger evaporation, achieving a remarkable recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam.

The Oil-Film High-Speed Direct Drive Steam Compressor is an advanced form of turbine equipment featuring a high-efficiency permanent magnet motor. Its sophisticated design includes an impeller that is seamlessly integrated at the motor's shaft extension end. The rotor, firmly supported by an oil film bearing, facilitates a direct drive from the high-speed motor. This streamlined architecture eliminates the need for a speed increasing box and coupling, offering a superior performance and efficiency in steam compression.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by securely positioning the compressor's base on the foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to meticulously adjust the unit to a perfect level.
Place two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating pattern. Once the unit is leveled to perfection, skillfully spot weld the wedge-shaped irons at about 4 to 5 points for enhanced stability.
The wedge irons should be custom-made and installed by users, tailored to fit the actual situation. Ensure the contact surfaces are immaculately finished for even contact with the inclined plane,
and remember that the bearing capacity of these wedge irons must not exceed 40Kg per square centimeter.

3.3.2 Employ a precise level to ensure the unit is exquisitely leveled. The axial level precision requirement is set at 0.05/1000mm.
For the horizontal level, maintain an accuracy of 0.10/1000mm to achieve optimal alignment.

3.3.3 Attain precise coupling alignment by ensuring these pre-alignment conditions are met:
1) Safely disconnect the main power supply;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Scrutinize the motor's installation plane for perfect flatness, ensuring it is devoid of debris or unwanted materials;
5) Ensure that the motor's bolt holes are sufficiently larger than the bolts themselves, allowing for easy loosening and adjustment;
6) Have an ample supply of pristine stainless steel gaskets, free of contaminants, for supporting the motor. Avoid using long, thin gaskets for adjustments;
7) Utilize a high-precision dial indicator or laser alignment meter with a 0.01mm accuracy, which should be customer-provided;
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated in the figure below;

9) Use the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to mount a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, positioning the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Adjust the motor's foot bolts to align the compressor and motor meticulously, ensuring that their center lines are aligned. The outer circle deviation should not exceed 0.05mm,

11) Conclude by securely tightening the motor foot bolts. Double-check the coupling's outer circle runout and end face runout for unparalleled precision.;
12) Reinstall the coupling's intermediate section following a successful motor idling test.
3.3.4 Post-adjustment, tighten the anchor bolts after ensuring the casing's levelness and alignment. Following mechanical operations, untighten and retighten the bolts for added security.

3.3.5 Beware that the impeller is a high-speed component. Any foreign solids or liquids can cause severe damage. Ensure all inlet/outlet pipelines are pristine, adhering to system steam corrosion standards. Install solid-liquid separation devices upfront if necessary.
3.3.6 When installing the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes, ensure all accompanying pipeline accessories are fitted according to the PI diagram. Support the pipeline with separate brackets to prevent undue weight stress on the compressor.
3.3.7 Once the primary fan and its supporting equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has fully set and hardened, you can embark on the next thrilling phase: the compressor operation test. This step marks a pivotal moment in ensuring the seamless functionality and high performance of our exceptional High-Speed Industrial Oil-Film Compressor.
3.3.8 Position the electric control cabinet at a strategic distance of no more than 5 meters from the compressor, ensuring optimal accessibility. The electrical connection from the compressor to the control cabinet should be executed with precision, utilizing threading pipes that are securely routed underground for enhanced safety and protection. Once the control cabinet is perfectly positioned, seamlessly integrate the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, establishing a robust and efficient communication network.
