The fundamental concept lies in compressing the secondary steam generated by the evaporator with a highly efficient steam compressor. This process adeptly transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, while simultaneously elevating both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The resultant increase in temperature allows the secondary steam to be reintroduced to the evaporator, where it effectively heats the materials and induces further evaporation. This ingenious cycle facilitates the continuous recycling of the latent heat of vaporization, epitomizing the sustainable utilization of secondary steam.
The DML series low temperature rise steam compressor is a sophisticated assembly primarily comprising a compressor body, which includes essential components such as the volute, impeller, main shaft, bearing housing, and seal. Furthermore, it is equipped with a coupling, motor, and an array of advanced electric instruments. Together, these meticulously engineered elements work in harmony to ensure optimal performance and reliability of the compressor, making it an exemplary choice for enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in various industrial applications.
3.3.1 The compressor base must be seamlessly integrated with the foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve perfect leveling and stability of the entire unit.
Alternate two wedge-shaped irons meticulously, ensuring complete leveling of the unit. Secure the irons with spot welding at 4 to 5 strategic points for optimal integrity.
Craft and install these wedges tailored to user specifications, ensuring an impeccably finished contact surface to guarantee uniform engagement.
The wedge's bearing capacity should not exceed 40Kg/cm2.
3.3.2 Employ a precision level to ascertain the perfect alignment of the unit. The meticulous leveling standards are: an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.
3.3.3 With the coupling, ensure exquisite centering. Prior to alignment, adhere to these pivotal prerequisites:
1) Securely disconnect the main power supply;
2) Dismantle the protective coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section;
4) Meticulously inspect the motor installation plane for any foreign objects or dirt, ensuring an impeccably clean surface;
5) Ensure motor bolt holes are sufficiently oversized for easy bolt adjustment;
6) Adequately prepare stainless steel gaskets to support the motor's foot, ensuring they are devoid of attachments and perfectly flat. Avoid using long, thin gaskets for adjustments;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or laser alignment tool with an accuracy of 0.01mm, secured by the customer;
8) Prepare a robust bracket for supporting the dial indicator, as illustrated below;
9) Mount the motor wheel hub bracket to position a dial indicator on the compressor wheel hub's edge, ensuring precision;
10) By skillfully adjusting the motor's foot bolts, align the compressor and motor center lines. The maximum deviation allowed for the outer circle is 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly elevated above the compressor's low-speed shaft center line. Maintain coupling end face deviation between 0.03~0.05mm;
11) Securely fasten the motor foot bolts, then verify outer circle runout and end face runout for precise alignment.;
12) Post motor idling test, smoothly reassemble the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Post leveling and alignment, firmly tighten the anchor bolts. Post mechanical or trial operations, revisit the bolts to ensure optimal tightness.
3.3.5 The impeller, a precision high-speed component, demands a meticulous approach: any foreign solid or liquid infiltration can lead to irrevocable damage. Ensure all inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine, meeting steam corrosion system standards. Non-compliant pipelines require immediate rectification. Implement solid-liquid separation equipment, such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, preceding the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Seamlessly install compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Adorn import and export pipelines with essential accessories as depicted in the PI diagram. Ensure pipelines connecting to the compressor are independently supported, ensuring no load is borne by the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and all supporting equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete has reached full solidity, it's time to embark on the compressor operation test. This exciting phase marks the beginning of ensuring your equipment is performing at its optimal capacity, setting the stage for high-efficiency outcomes.
3.3.8 Position the electric control cabinet of the compressor strategically within a 5-meter range of the compressor itself. Ensure seamless connectivity by threading the wiring through an underground pipe, enhancing safety and aesthetic appeal. Once the electric control cabinet is securely in place, meticulously connect the wiring terminals to the lines at the remote DCS, paving the way for streamlined operation and control.
