Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by placing the foundation-integrated base of the compressor onto its designated spot. Use wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to precisely adjust the level of the unit.
Carefully alternate two wedge-shaped irons, ensuring the unit is perfectly leveled. Secure the wedges with spot welds at 4 to 5 points, ensuring stability.
The user is responsible for the manufacturing and installation of these wedges, tailored to the specific conditions. The contact surface must be meticulously finished for even contact on the inclined plane.
The bearing capacity of each wedge iron should not exceed 40Kg/cm².

3.3.2 Achieving perfect leveling is crucial. Utilize a level to ensure precision. The axial level should adhere to 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level must meet 0.10/1000mm standards.
Meticulously ensure these leveling standards for optimal operation.

3.3.3 For the coupling centering, begin by confirming the following conditions before proceeding with alignment:
1) Ensure the main power supply is turned off to prevent any mishaps.
2) Dismantle the coupling shield with care to access the necessary components.
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section for proper alignment.
4) Inspect the motor installation plane for flatness, ensuring it is free from debris, dirt, and other attachments.
5) The size of the motor bolt holes should exceed the bolts themselves, allowing for easy loosening and motor adjustment.
6) Prepare ample stainless steel gaskets to support the motor feet. These should be devoid of any foreign materials, perfectly flat, and of appropriate dimensions.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a high-precision laser alignment meter with 0.01mm accuracy for precise measurements.
8) Assemble the necessary supporting bracket for your dial indicator as illustrated in the accompanying diagram.

9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to attach the dial indicator at the hub's edge, positioning the probe on the compressor hub's outer edge.
10) Fine-tune the adjustment bolts around the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines accurately, maintaining a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm.

11) Secure the motor foot bolts firmly, then reassess the outer circle and end face run out of the coupling for perfect alignment.;
12) Once the motor idling test is completed, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section securely.
3.3.4 After precisely adjusting the 'levelness' and achieving perfect alignment, tighten the anchor bolts. Post mechanical or trial operation, it is vital to untighten and retighten the bolts for reinforced security.

3.3.5 The impeller, as a high-speed rotating component, must be protected from any solid or liquid intrusions to prevent irreversible damage. Ensure cleanliness and compliance with the steam corrosion grade requirements in pipelines connected to the compressor. It is advisable to install solid-liquid separation equipment, like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 When installing the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes, adhere to the PI diagram for installing relevant pipeline accessories. The pipeline attached to the compressor should be supported independently to prevent any weight burden on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan, along with its essential ancillary equipment, is flawlessly installed and the concrete foundation has achieved complete solidification, you are poised to embark on the thrilling journey of conducting a compressor operation test. 3.3.8 To ensure optimal performance and seamless integration, the electric control cabinet of the compressor must be strategically situated within a proximity of 5 meters from the compressor itself. Once the electric control cabinet is firmly in place, meticulously connect the wiring terminals in the cabinet to the elaborate lines at the remote DCS, paving the way for a sophisticated and well-coordinated operational framework.
