This is achieved through the ingenious reuse of secondary steam energy that the system itself generates. At the heart of its operation, the MVR technology utilizes the secondary steam produced by the evaporator, which is then skillfully compressed by our highly efficient steam compressor. This process transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, elevating the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. This heated steam is subsequently redirected back to the evaporator to warm the materials, instigating further evaporation. The result is a remarkable recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, offering a sustainable and efficient solution for energy management.
The DM series Single-stage geared steam compressor is a sophisticated piece of equipment, meticulously designed to include key components such as the compressor body, coupling, gearbox, lubrication system, motor, and an advanced electric instrument and anti-surge control system. Its design is characterized by a compact structure, ensuring ease of maintenance. This compressor is an embodiment of engineering excellence, offering both high performance and reliability in operation.
3.3.1 Begin with placing the compressor base integrally onto the foundation. Insert wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to finely adjust the unit's level.
Position two wedge-shaped irons alternately. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, spot weld these irons at 4 to 5 strategic points. Ensure your wedges are
crafted and installed to suit your specific conditions, achieving a smooth contact surface. This will ensure even contact of inclined
planes, never exceeding a load-bearing capacity of 40Kg/cm2).
3.3.2 Employ a precise level to confirm the unit's alignment. Target perfection with an axial level of 0.05/1000mm, and a horizontal
alignment reaching 0.10/1000mm.
3.3.3 Achieve coupling centering by adhering to the following alignment prerequisites:
1) Ensure the main power supply is switched off;
2) Remove the coupling shield with care;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Confirm the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring no debris, dirt, or attachments are present;
5) Verify that the motor's bolt holes exceed bolt sizes, permitting bolt loosening for motor adjustments;
6) Gather ample stainless steel gaskets to entirely cover the motor's foot. Ensure these gaskets are free of attachments and sufficiently flat. Avoid using lengthy, slender gaskets for adjustments between the motor and base;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter offering 0.01mm accuracy (to be provided by the customer);
8) Prepare the necessary bracket to hold the dial indicator, as illustrated in the accompanying figure;
9) Use a motor hub mounting bracket to attach a dial indicator at the hub's edge, aligning the probe with the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Adjust the motor's foot bolts to align the compressor and motor center lines, achieving a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm (with the motor shaft center line positioned higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line), maintaining coupling end face within 0.03~0.05mm;
11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, and re-evaluate the outer circle and end face runouts of the coupling to confirm accuracy.;
12) Reinstall the coupling's intermediate section post motor idling tests.
3.3.4 Post alignment, secure the anchor bolts after adjusting the casing's levelness. Post mechanical operation or trial, loosen, then retighten bolts to ensure firm security.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating element, must remain free of solid or liquid intrusions to avoid irreversible compressor damage. Ensure cleanliness in the inlet and outlet pipelines, complying with the system's steam corrosion standards. Address any deficiencies immediately.Integrate solid-liquid separation mechanisms like gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of inlet and outlet pipes, using the PI diagram as a guide for necessary pipeline accessories. Ensure the pipeline connected to the compressor is supported independently, without relying on the compressor's body for weight.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its ancillary equipment are securely in place and the concrete has achieved full solidity, you are ready to initiate the compressor operation test. This step marks the beginning of a robust journey towards operational excellence.
3.3.8 Ensure that the electric control cabinet of the compressor is optimally situated within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. The connection from the compressor to the electric control cabinet should be expertly executed using underground threading pipes. Upon positioning the electric control cabinet, meticulously link the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the remote DCS lines, ensuring seamless integration and efficient functionality.
