Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Secure the compressor base on the foundation. Position wedge-shaped shims beneath to achieve perfect level balance.
Alternate placement of the wedge-shaped irons ensures stability. After leveling, spot weld the irons at 4-5 points for security.
User-specific design and installation are required, considering the actual conditions, ensuring smooth contact surfaces.
Ensure the inclined plane contacts evenly, and the wedge iron's bearing capacity does not exceed 40Kg/cm

3.3.2 Use a precision level to ensure the compressor is level. The unit's axial level must be 0.05/1000mm,
with a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Center the coupling with precision. Prior to alignment, confirm these essential prerequisites:
1) Deactivate the main power supply;
2) Detach the coupling shield;
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling intermediate section;
4) Ensure the motor installation plane is free of debris, dirt, and other obstructions;
5) Motor bolt holes should be larger than bolts for easy adjustment and alignment;
6) Secure stainless steel gaskets for the motor foot, ensuring they are clean and level, avoiding long or thin gaskets;
7) Use a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with 0.01mm accuracy, provided by the customer;
8) Prepare the bracket to support the dial indicator as illustrated;

9) Mount the dial indicator on the motor wheel hub to measure the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) Adjust the bolts around the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines, maintaining a maximum deviation

of 0.05mm on the outer circle. The motor shaft center line must be higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line.;
12) Conduct a motor idling test and then install the coupling intermediate section.
3.3.4 Post-alignment, tighten the anchor bolts. After a trial operation, loosen and re-tighten for optimal stability.
3.3.5 Protect the impeller from any foreign solid or liquid that may cause damage. Maintain cleanliness in inlet and outlet
pipelines to match system corrosion grade, adding solid-liquid separators if necessary.
3.3.6 Install pipelines with relevant accessories per PI diagram, ensuring they are supported independently, not by the compressor.
3.3.7 Upon the successful installation of the main fan and its supportive components, and after allowing ample time for the concrete to achieve complete solidification, you are ready to proceed with the compressor's operation test. This step marks a pivotal moment in the setup process, ensuring that all systems are optimally functioning and prepared for their crucial role in operations.
3.3.8 The installation of the compressor's electric control cabinet should be precisely executed within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. For seamless integration, utilize threading pipe to meticulously connect the wiring from the compressor to the electric control cabinet underground. Once the cabinet is securely in place, make sure to expertly connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring reliable and efficient communication and control.
