The core principle is that the evaporator generates secondary steam, which is then compressed using a high-efficiency steam compressor. This compression transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, resulting in an increase in pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. This elevated temperature and pressure allow the secondary steam to return to the evaporator, heating the materials and promoting evaporation, thus facilitating the recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The comprehensive compressor base should be seamlessly positioned on the foundation. Ensure stability by placing wedge-shaped shims underneath to fine-tune the level of the unit.
Carefully alternate two wedge-shaped irons for optimal leveling. Once aligned, secure them by spot welding at 4 to 5 points. These wedges should be
custom-manufactured and installed based on the user's specific scenario, ensuring finished contact surfaces for uniform contact on the inclined
plane. Note, the bearing capacity of each wedge should not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Achieve precision by utilizing a level. The exact leveling criteria for the unit include an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal
level of 0.10/1000mm, ensuring utmost accuracy.

3.3.3 Perfect the coupling alignment. Before commencing, ensure the following prerequisites are met:
1) Power down the main electricity supply completely;
2) Detach the protective coupling shield effortlessly;
3) Remove the intermediate section of the diaphragm coupling with care;
4) Meticulously check the motor installation plane's flatness, clearing any debris, dirt, or attachments;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are adequately larger than the bolt size to allow for seamless adjustments by loosening them;
6) Have a sufficient supply of stainless steel gaskets to position under the motor's feet. These gaskets must be attachment-free and uniformly flat. Avoid using long, thin gaskets between the motor and the base for adjustments;
7) Employ a high-precision dial indicator or laser alignment meter with a 0.01mm accuracy, which should be supplied by the customer;
8) Have ready the supportive bracket for the dial indicator, as shown in the corresponding diagram;

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to secure a dial indicator at the wheel hub's edge, placing the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) By adjusting the bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines accurately (or as per specified instructions). The permitted maximum deviation for the outer circle is 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly above the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, and coupling end face deviation being 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Finalize by tightening the motor foot bolts securely, then meticulously review the coupling's outer circle runout and end face runout;
12) Conclude the setup by installing the coupling's intermediate section post the motor's idle testing.
3.3.4 Once you have adjusted the casing's 'levelness' and alignment, tighten the anchor bolts. After conducting mechanical operations (or trial runs), it is essential to loosen and re-tighten the bolts for enhanced security.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating element, demands protection from any solid or liquid intrusion, which can severely damage the compressor. Ensure cleanliness and compliance with steam corrosion grade standards for all inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor. Any discrepancies should be promptly rectified. It is highly
recommended to integrate solid-liquid separation devices (such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees) before the straight pipe at the compressor inlet for added safety.
3.3.6 When installing the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes, adhere to the PI diagram for the appropriate pipeline accessories. The pipes connected to the compressor should have independent support from another bracket, preventing the compressor body from bearing their weight.
3.3.7 Upon completion of the installation of the main fan and its integrated accessory equipment, and following the full curing of the concrete foundation, it's time to initiate the compressor operation test. This marks a pivotal phase in ensuring that our Advanced Fan System is primed for delivering unparalleled performance in enhancing wastewater treatment efficiency.
3.3.8 Position the electric control cabinet no farther than 5 meters from the compressor to maintain optimal functionality. Utilize underground threading pipes for seamless wiring connectivity between the compressor and the electric control cabinet. Once positioned, ensure a flawless connection by linking the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the remote Distributed Control System (DCS).
