This state-of-the-art compressor boasts a compact structure, ensuring that it is not only highly efficient but also remarkably easy to maintain. 3.3.1 Begin the precision installation of the compressor base, carefully positioning it upon the designated foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims placed strategically beneath the base to achieve impeccable level adjustment.
Position two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating manner. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, perform spot welding on these wedges at 4 to 5 critical points, ensuring robust stability.
The manufacturing and installation of these wedges should be customized by the user to match the specific installation environment. Ensure that the contact surfaces are meticulously finished for seamless interaction with inclined planes.
The bearing capacity of each wedge iron must not exceed an impressive 40Kg/cm2).
3.3.2 Elevate precision by employing a level to ascertain the unit's balance. The rigorous leveling requirements are as follows: the unit's axial level must be 0.05/1000mm, while its horizontal level should attain 0.10/1000mm.
3.3.3 Master the art of coupling alignment. Prior to initiating this alignment process, ensure adherence to these critical prerequisites:
1) Securely deactivate the main power supply to guarantee safety;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield to access the necessary components;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section for an unhindered alignment process;
4) Meticulously inspect the motor installation plane, ensuring that it is devoid of any debris, dirt, or foreign attachments;
5) The motor bolt hole must surpass the bolt size, allowing easy bolt loosening for precise motor adjustments;
6) Stockpile an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets to properly cushion the motor's foot. These gaskets must be free of contaminants, perfectly flat, and should not be elongated or thin for accurate adjustments;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with a superior accuracy of 0.01mm, to be provided by the customer for meticulous measurements;
8) Prepare a robust bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated in the accompanying diagram;
9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to securely position a dial indicator on the hub's edge, ensuring the probe is accurately placed on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Fine-tune the adjustment bolts surrounding the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center line, achieving minimal deviation with a maximum of 0.05mm for the outer circle (ensuring the motor shaft center line is slightly higher than the compressor low-speed shaft center line), and coupling end face range of 0.03~0.05mm;
11) Conclusively, tighten the motor foot bolts and perform a thorough review to verify the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling;
12) Following a successful motor idling test, reinstall the coupling intermediate section to finalize the setup.
3.3.4 Upon achieving the desired 'levelness' and alignment of the casing, secure the anchor bolts firmly. Post mechanical operation or trial run, loosen and retighten these bolts to ensure lasting stability and performance.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating marvel, is vulnerable to damage from solid or liquid intrusions. To preserve the integrity of the compressor, it is crucial that the connected inlet and outlet pipelines are scrupulously clean and adhere to the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. Pipelines falling short of these standards necessitate immediate rectification. Additionally, it is stronglyrecommended to install solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, prior to the straight pipe at the compressor inlet to further safeguard the system.
3.3.6 Continue with the meticulous installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure that the import and export pipelines are fitted with appropriate pipeline accessories as guided by the PI diagram. Crucially, the pipelines connected to the compressor must be independently supported by another bracket, with the compressor body bearing none of their weight.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its supporting equipment are meticulously set up and the concrete has reached full solidity, the exhilarating phase of conducting the compressor operation test can begin. This crucial step ensures the seamless integration and performance of the system.
3.3.8 For optimal efficiency and streamlined connectivity, the electric control cabinet of the compressor should be strategically positioned within 5 meters of the compressor. To ensure a tidy and secure installation, the wiring must be encased in threading pipes and routed underground. Following the precise placement of the electric control cabinet, it's essential to meticulously connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring a flawless and reliable communication link.
