The core principle behind this innovation is the efficient compression of secondary steam, generated by the evaporator, using a high-energy efficiency steam compressor. This process brilliantly transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, elevating the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The newly elevated temperature allows the secondary steam to return to the evaporator, where it heats materials and induces evaporation. This cycle of energy transformation and reutilization facilitates the recycling of the latent heat of vaporization, making the most of every bit of secondary steam. This advanced technology ensures optimal energy savings and efficiency.
The DM series Single-stage Geared Steam Compressor is an engineering marvel that primarily comprises the compressor body, coupling, gearbox, lubrication system, motor, electric instrument, and an anti-surge control system. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin the installation process by ensuring the compressor base is securely positioned on its foundation. To achieve perfect leveling, place wedge-shaped shims under the base.
Alternate the positioning of two wedge-shaped irons. Once the compressor unit is leveled, conduct spot welding at 4 to 5 strategic points to secure the wedges.
These wedges should be user-manufactured and tailored to the specific installation conditions to ensure an even contact surface.
Make sure that the inclined plane of the wedge irons is in full contact, and the load-bearing capacity does not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to ascertain both the axial and horizontal alignment of the unit. The required precision for axial and horizontal levels is 0.05/1000mm and 0.10/1000mm, respectively.

3.3.3 Achieve optimal coupling alignment by following these preparatory steps:
1) Ensure the main power supply is completely disconnected;
2) Detach the protective coupling shield;
3) Carefully remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Inspect the motor installation plane for any foreign materials or debris to ensure a clean, flat surface;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are sufficiently oversized to allow for easy adjustments during installation;
6) Gather adequate stainless steel gaskets for motor foot placement. Ensure they are clean and flat for effective use, avoiding the use of elongated or flimsy gaskets.
7) A dial indicator or laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm, to be provided by the customer, is essential for precise alignment.
8) Have a suitable bracket ready for the dial indicator, as illustrated below;

9) Attach the motor wheel hub bracket to facilitate the mounting of the dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, allowing accurate measurement of the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) Adjust the motor feet bolts to ensure alignment between the motor and compressor center lines, adhering to a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm and a coupling end face deviation of 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Securely fasten the motor foot bolts and verify the coupling's outer circle and end face runout measurements.;
12) After successful motor idling tests, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Following casing levelness and alignment adjustments, tighten the anchor bolts. Post-operational checks should include loosening and retightening these bolts.
3.3.5 With the impeller being a high-speed component, prevent damage by ensuring no solids or liquids enter it. Maintain inlet and outlet cleanliness to meet steam corrosion-grade standards.
It is recommended to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, ahead of the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 When installing compressor inlet and outlet pipes, adhere to the provided PI diagram, ensuring that pipeline accessories are properly fitted. Support these pipelines with additional brackets, avoiding any load on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its supportive equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete has reached its full solidity, the stage is set for the grand performance of the compressor operation test. This marks a pivotal moment in ensuring the flawless functionality of your system.
3.3.8 The electric control cabinet for the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. For seamless integration, the wiring from the compressor to this cabinet should be expertly connected using an underground threading pipe. Once the electric control cabinet is securely in place, harmonize the wiring terminals within it with the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring a cohesive and efficient operation.
