The elevated temperature of this steam is then cycled back to the evaporator, thereby heating the materials and sparking further evaporation. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Set the compressor's robust and integrally designed base on the foundation with precision. Position wedge-shaped shims under the base to achieve perfect leveling.
Skillfully alternate two wedge-shaped irons, ensuring meticulous leveling. Secure them with spot welds at 4 to 5 strategic points, creating a stable foundation.
The wedges, crafted and installed by the user, should match the specific conditions and ensure seamless contact with the inclined plane.
These quality wedges must support a weight not exceeding 40Kg/cm
2,ensuring reliable and lasting stability.
3.3.2 Refine the leveling process using a precise level. The unit requires exceptional leveling accuracy: axial level precision of 0.05/1000mm and horizontal level precision of 0.10/1000mm.
This ensures an unwavering and balanced installation.

3.3.3 Achieve perfect coupling alignment. Prior to commencing, ensure the following necessary steps:
1) Safely disconnect the main power supply;
2) Carefully remove the protective coupling shield;
3) Disassemble the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section for thorough access;
4) Inspect the motor installation plane meticulously, ensuring it is free of debris, dirt, and attachments for optimal flatness;
5) Ensure the motor bolt hole's dimensions exceed the bolt size, allowing adjustments for motor alignment;
6) Gather ample stainless steel gaskets for covering the motor foot. These gaskets should be impeccably flat and clean, avoiding the use of long, thin gaskets between motor and base.
7) Utilize a highly accurate dial indicator or laser alignment meter (0.01mm precision), to be provided by the customer;
8) Secure the dial indicator with a sturdy supporting bracket as illustrated below;

9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to precisely position the dial indicator at the wheel hub's edge, ensuring accurate measurements on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Adjust the motor feet's bolts with precision, aligning the compressor and motor center lines meticulously (or as per guidelines), maintaining a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm and coupling end face deviation of 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, then verify the outer circle and end face runout for the coupling.Ensure it is firmly in place;
12) Reassemble the coupling intermediate section post motor idling test to complete the procedure.
3.3.4 After finely adjusting the casing's 'levelness' and alignment, fasten the anchor bolts securely. Following mechanical operations or trials, loosen and retighten these bolts for enhanced security.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed marvel, must remain protected. Any solid or liquid infiltrating the impeller can cause irreversible damage. Ensure the inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine and meet the system's steam corrosion standards. Inadequate pipelines should be expertly rectified. It is s
uggested to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee before the compressor's inlet straight pipe to safeguard the system.
3.3.6 Expertly install the compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Follow relevant PI diagrams for installing import and export pipeline accessories. Support the compressor-connected pipeline with a separate bracket, ensuring it does not burden the compressor body with additional weight.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its supporting equipment are securely installed and the concrete foundation has fully set, you are ready to proceed with the compressor operation test. This crucial step marks the beginning of ensuring optimal performance for your Smart Steam Compressor for Pharmaceutical Wastewater Treatment.
3.3.8 For optimal performance, install the electric control cabinet of the compressor within a convenient 5 meters of the compressor itself. Ensure seamless integration by using threading pipes for the wiring, which should be routed underground for enhanced safety and aesthetics. Once the electric control cabinet is positioned, connect the wiring terminals to the lines at the remote Distributed Control System (DCS) to achieve a streamlined and efficient operation.
